Job hunting or talent hunting is a communication process, and you don’t know what kind of interviewer or job seeker you will meet; therefore, please be mentally prepared that what the other person says may make you happy for a whole day, or, it may make you sad for several years.

However, that is just a feeling, the next interviewer or job seeker may have completely different ideas!

There are all kinds of people, and the most important thing is 👉  What kind of communication experience you've learned from this communication?!

Inexperienced fresh graduates would learn from hiring managers, and experienced hiring managers may also gain some new enlightenments or revelation from those fresh graduates.

Job seekers, are you well prepared?!

Interviewers, do you prepare for those interview?!  Do you read those resume and prepare questions before the interview?!  Or, as an interviewer, you think you don't need to prepare anything?!

As an interviewer or the hiring manager, what kind of attitude you should have?!

What's your idea?!


The behavior we show stands for our attitude, it is a reflection of our experiencing the sad or happy things, it is natural;

we can train ourselves to [feel] how much we feel from it, [when] to express it and the [necessity] of expressing it,

we can tell ourselves that there is no need to do these trainings and just let nature take its course.

So, what is the real you?! Do you want to show it in the interview?!

Is the purpose to get hired/right people, to feel ourselves better than [someone], or, it is no need to show it at this time?!

Do you have an interview conclusion like this: if people feel unhappy in an interview, and usually, after hired, those talents or the employers will find they are not so suitable for each other. We can never deceive how we feel to ourselves. What do you think?!

👉Suddenly I want to share: When applying for a job, you are often asked to [introduce yourself]. Job seekers generally believe that the pace of the interview is controlled by the [interviewers]; I hope could suggest job seekers to respond to the self-introduction in this way and with this attitude to actively control the direction of the interview. The purpose is to (1) focus on [this is a meeting to discuss a job and talent needs] and (2) have an attitude of [I am the talent you want] (otherwise, you would not apply for it, right?!)

 

1st.I suggest it start with [Job Requirements] and introduce those you are good at and how to solve those you are not specialized at, and why the interviewers need to hire you even though you are not good at it?!

 

2nd.To describe your personality traits are suitable for that position and explain the reasons, for example: you have observed the traits of talents of the same type of jobs being criticized in the workplace (for example: accountants/passively waiting for documents, while you actively track the status of events)👈 Therefore, you are still talking about the job itself and you are the right one.

 

3rd.You or the interviewer company will be interested in interpersonal environment and harmonious work relationships.👉 In addition to sharing strengths and weaknesses, it is advised to firstly analyze your own personality and know those of conducive to overall workplace harmony and performance, then, share your strengths or your [progress in improving weaknesses] 👈You are brave enough to face your own problems and meet above 2nd. actively tracking progress; on the other hand, weaknesses may be advantages in other work environments/please remember to share the situation in your experience. Emily is a real case.

 

4th.You may encounter the asked problems seem to be unrelated to the jobs you’re discussing, I suggest you can ask to know the relevance of the problem to the job👉  it allows you to give examples from past experience or share how you will deal with the situation.

表現出來的行為代表自己的態度,來自反映承受快樂或難過的事,這是自然的;

人們可以訓練自己對於[感受]的程度、表現感受的[時機][必要性]

人們可以告訴自己沒必要做這些訓練,順其自然反映。

因此,什麼才是真正的您呢?! 要不要在面談時展現呢?!

目的是獲得錄取/選對人才、感到勝過[],或沒有必要在這時展現呢?!

您有沒有一種面試結論:面試時不開心,通常()錄取之後也會發現人才或工作環境其實不那麼合適。人們總是無法欺騙自己的感受。您認為呢?!

👉突然要分享:求職常遇到被要求[自我介紹],求職者普遍認為面談節奏掌握在[求才者];建議求職者回應自我介紹以這樣方式與態度進行主動掌握面談方向,目的是(1)聚焦在[這是一個談一份工作及人才需求]的會議(2)[我即是您要的人才]的態度(不然您也不會應徵了吧?!)

1st.建議先從[職務需求]介紹您擅長的部份、如何解決不擅長的部份、為什麼不擅長還要錄取您?!

2nd.您的人格特質是適合那份職務的,並解釋原因,例:您觀察到同類型人才在職場上被批評的特質(例:會計/被動等待文件,您則是主動追縱事件狀態)👈因此,您談的還是工作本身、您是適合的。

3rd.您或求才公司都會有興趣人際環境、相處融洽的問題👉除了分享優點,缺點,建議先自我分析什麼是有利職場整體和諧與績效的,再來是您的優點或者您的[缺點改善進度]👈您是勇於面對自己問題並符合2nd.主動追蹤進度的;另一方面,缺點可能在其他環境是優點/提醒您分享經驗情況。Emily是實際案例。

4th.您可能遇到好像與工作無關的問題,建議您不妨請教問題與工作的相關性👉以便從過去經驗舉例說明或分享自己將如何應對該狀況。

5th.給尋找具備外商工作經驗人才的求才公司:如果這句話帶給您某種提醒,請您不限金額贊助本部落格您認為的外商經驗是什麼呢?! 您是哪一個國籍呢?!,或是

- [具備集團總部工作經驗,必須與多國子公司溝通]的人才
