Job hunting or talent hunting is a communication process, and you don’t know what kind of interviewer or job seeker you will meet; therefore, please be mentally prepared that what the other person says may make you happy for a whole day, or, it may make you sad for several years.
However, that is just a feeling, the next interviewer or job seeker may have completely different ideas!
There are all kinds of people, and the most important thing is 👉 What kind of communication experience you've learned from this communication?!
Inexperienced fresh graduates would learn from hiring managers, and experienced hiring managers may also gain some new enlightenments or revelation from those fresh graduates.
Job seekers, are you well prepared?!
Interviewers, do you prepare for those interview?! Do you read those resume and prepare questions before the interview?! Or, as an interviewer, you think you don't need to prepare anything?!
As an interviewer or the hiring manager, what kind of attitude you
should have?!
What's your idea?!
The behavior we show stands for our attitude, it is a
reflection of our experiencing the sad or happy things, it is natural;
we can train ourselves to [feel] how much we feel from it,
[when] to express it and the [necessity] of expressing it,
we can tell ourselves that there is no need to do these trainings
and just let nature take its course.
So, what is the real you?! Do you want to show it in the
interview?!
Is the purpose to get hired/right people, to feel ourselves
better than [someone], or, it is no need to show it at this time?!
Do you have an interview conclusion like this: if people feel
unhappy in an interview, and usually, after hired, those talents or the
employers will find they are not so suitable for each other. We can never
deceive how we feel to ourselves. What do you think?!

表現出來的行為代表自己的態度,來自反映承受快樂或難過的事,這是自然的;
人們可以訓練自己對於[感受]的程度、表現感受的[時機]與[必要性],
人們可以告訴自己沒必要做這些訓練,順其自然反映。
因此,什麼才是真正的您呢?! 要不要在面談時展現呢?!
目的是獲得錄取/選對人才、感到勝過[誰],或沒有必要在這時展現呢?!
您有沒有一種面試結論:面試時不開心,通常(被)錄取之後也會發現人才或工作環境其實不那麼合適。人們總是無法欺騙自己的感受。您認為呢?!
