I would like to use direct sentence to share my idea after reading this Decisive and share my recent new discoveries in my life, all the descriptions or paragraphs below may be irrelevant to each other, however, I hope they are helpful to you:

1.To buy a book, besides those textbooks for our learning, please let me know your purpose is to [obtain new knowledge], or, to [buy those you’ve already known]?

 

2024/10/14, I bought a book in a bookstore, however, after this purchasing, I found I was wrong, and it is nothing wrong with this book or its author, it is my problem: why I bought a book that containing the same idea as mine?!

In fact, on the day I went to that bookstore, there is a coincident that I found the bestsellers list, more than 90% of the idea is the same as idea I just published in my blog or in public platforms, I feel it is interesting, so I chose one of them written by the author I am familiar with, and, right after I left this bookstore, I found my blind spot: Why I paid for those I’ve already known?!👈 Do you think the same as my idea?!

This was what I learned in my visiting the bookstore, I was reviewing my purchasing book behavior and the purpose. What about you?! How you choose books to buy?! Please share your idea and comment in my page, thank you!

 

 

 

2.  [The invisible life resume], what are the [achievements records] you would like to keep in it?!

[Achievements] are built by the time and energy you invested in order to get your ideal work outcome; do you agree?!

I think the most significant life achievement of a person is [to overcome their biggest difficulties in their mind/the dark side]👈I have not 100% achieved this kind of situation yet, thus, in my life resume, there is no this kind of achievement.

What’s the biggest achievement in your life resume?!

There was a person around me who smiles when she found others are suffering in difficulties, I confirmed how I felt about this person with others and I hope they be careful about it. I also met people who like to push others into dangerous situation; it is a pity they are this kind of persons👈they invest their time and energy into things that help no one/it also helps nothing to themselves; I believe there is reincarnation, however, everyone is not necessary human beings again in the reincarnation, thus, is this kind of persons wasting their own lifetime now?! Because I think people doing bad things have less opportunity to be human beings again. What’s your idea about this idea?!

If you are this kind of person, you still have time to think you keep doing things in current ways or not.

And, if you are their victims, you are mentally hurt and you are not healed, please keep this in mind and tell yourself: [Fortunately, it’s not me doing bad things; I have more opportunities than them to be human beings again in reincarnation, or, in reincarnation, I have more rights to choose]. No matter you believe it or not, at least, those words in red are correct; people who don’t do bad things are mentally in peace, they can sleep well (there is a saying: a person who is hurt sleeps well than that person hurts others!👈  because that person is afraid of being revenged + they don’t know how revenge will be presented + they are not sure they can handle it or not). Do you agree?!

My understanding/you can correct me/if you believe, in chapter 3 of [The Original Vows of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva Sutra]: people who pretend or use religious/spiritual work/destine knowledge or power to cheat others, this kind of persons will go to hell. 👈In my blog, I usually said [if we take tarot cards readers as an example /you may think of other victims who have lost their money because people cheated by using religious kinds of reasons, they are the same], if A paid to a tarot reader B, they use others believing in tarot and they intentionally spread fake tarot reading result, no matter A or B, in karma, they have plant their own seeds in going to hell in the future👈I personally believe this kind of people create their own bigger karma in sin than tarot readers who are less professional in reading cards(though they are not so professional, they’re not intentionally misguiding people); do you remember [all are created by mind(heart)]?! What do you think?!

If you have done this kind of evil thing and you want to correct yourself in order to remove your karma of going to hell, [my] suggestion is: do repenting and don’t do evil things again, do announcement to clarify and be responsible for all those you’ve done/because you cannot control how many people have been hurt and how big suffering they’ve encountered caused by your doing those things, or you consult to the experts of this sutra (I’m not the expert) to know the better ways to make up your faults; therefore, due to [all are created by mind], if you do clarification is to cover your fault, it is you creating your own bad karma again, you make decision for yourself!

I suggest you do not intentionally hurt others, manipulate others’ fate; please refer to 11 at the same time: because all Buddha sutras were translated by ancient people, all I understand is the concepts/I cannot precisely quote their explanation, if you know which sutra I’m talking about, and who is the guiding Buddha, please let me know👉it is similar to an invisible law, to use others’ [not knowing] the whole situation to mislead the directions beneficial to you, it is your manipulating others’ thoughts, the sin you caused is big, because, you lead those [other people] participate the behavior of sin by using their [not unknowing the true situation]. For example: A did not good things to B, everyone knows; then B did an announcement👉 Hence, please A do not contact B from now!

After the situation is exposed, A wants to keep its public image and use kinds of ways, including using money and misleading Cs who don’t know the real situation and tempt to influence B, they hope B remove that announcement.…

In your idea, who has planted a bigger sin seed of karma?!

Usually, people think Cs’ karma is smaller because they [don’t know the truth]👈I think Cs have created a bad karma to themselves and the karma is similar to A’s, it is because C is helping A’s manipulating and keep it hidden and they also intentionally want to change B’s free will, obviously, A and C is using [lies or behavior] to [manipulate] B and others. What do you think?!

There is another case: You are reading this article, it means, you are also a netizen, right?! You must have heard of this commercial situation 👉Internet platform technology companies will use technologies such as [big data] or [algorithms] to [guide] users to view online advertisers' advertising pages, there is another situation, there are internet hackers invading internet users’ account to [guide] them viewing specific web pages. What is the difference between these 2 guiding behavior?! Who is manipulating others and who is not?! 👉The one who ask your consent is not a manipulator👉Those technology companies inform you in their web page or use email to ask for your approval for their related work actions and let you know what you can enjoy or those required information and rights and obligation you need to take👈they [guide] you under your consent, this commercial behavior that follows legal regulations and not a manipulation; those internet hackers…..to them, there is no [asking for approval from others] idea, they only want to [guide] people in order to achieve their goal, and this is manipulating. Do you agree?! In internet world, you are the users, and what kind of roles you are also playing?! How you see yourself?

 

3.People who really love you , they won’t hurt you, they won’t confuse you, they won’t keep you waiting or test you or manipulate you; all is clear and direct, they accept your idea or people and things you choose.

Many years ago, I saw something happened to someone I didn’t know well, however, I have a lasting impression on its overall situation/it was about a family and love relationship; recently, in my life, something reminds me of that situation in the past, it told, [love] is not to spoil someone, it is respect and put ourselves in another person’s place: a situation you/I want to achieve, you/I want to have, you/I think it is the best situation, or, it is what our loved one want?!

Do you think most people are self-centered?! People even make things happen to the wrong persons: People impose what they want on others, or they think that their current or future partner will definitely do that what their ex did to hurt them, right?!

It also happens at workplace, right?!

In work relationship, family relationship and love relationship, they are different: people are tested at work because it is a job, therefore, if your loved one or family are testing you, they see you as their colleagues or subordinates!😆 !

What’s your idea?!

You want [love] or you [want to have], or, [you want everything to in your own way]?!

 

4.[It’s so lucky to work with you.]; please also see item 13.

Is there anyone saying something like this to you?!

Did you say this or similar to others?!

I have both of these experience; I feel happy and grateful. The description in the 1st page of this book reminds me of this experience, it also makes me think of a conversation my father told my mother at the last few days before he left us, I was moved again.

I hope everyone gets this kind of good luck.

 

5.Your manager’s work instruction disobeys the general rule, please remember to request a [written instruction] from them or you prepare a request for approval and [ask this manager to sign] for leaving a record.

It is possible but think again before you do this: the worst situation is you resign, however, don’t do bad things to follow your manager’s work instruction; because your life resume cannot contain your doing bad things record (please see above 2.).

 

6.Authors of books for explaining knowledge, if their books are difficult to understand or the content is boring, it causes readers have no interest in reading it, is it a kind of sin?!

Then, what about the written policies in the companies?!  Do they apply to this kind of idea?!

I have this kind of idea when I was in the bookstore seeking for books of Buddha sutras explanation; what’s your idea?!

 

7. [I wish I chose B; it would be better!] 👈Not necessarily, because of the [chain effect] situation!

There are many options, and have you regretted you chose (A) and think the situation will be better if you chose (B) in the beginning?! For example: schools, jobs, people, options in your shopping…etc., or, just like what I’m saying about books?!

I want to share with you that [B is not really a better option to you], and, it is not B is not suitable to you or B is not good, it is 👉no one knows what will happen if you choose B, it is the chain effect. For example: C’s sugar may be D’s poison! Things or people we have no experience in interacting with them we won’t 100% know what may happen after interacting, therefore, we all need 👉[time], [interacting or experience]. Do you agree?!

 

8.It is similar to 7.; and, unless everything stops, otherwise, we will change our mind.

Because, in our daily life, people may encounter lots of different things and people every day, there is always new discoveries, or, we have deeper understanding of specific people and things, and maybe, it is because we’ve never found it before or people intentionally keep it hidden and it is not easy to us to know, more than that, the situation has been improved, it causes our opinion toward these people and things change accordingly.

9.Being a person, we are not able to change our own personality within a short period of time, unless after the change is our original personality; we keep our own true face hidden before.

I learned this concept from the story in TV series [Yan Xi Palace], and I think it makes perfect sense.

 

10.In Taiwan language: if we pretend for a long time, it becomes a reality.

It is 80% similar to [practice makes perfect]; if a person always shows others his disguised face and keep his true personality hidden, he has never done things in his true personality, the result and impact on others and himself from what he has done by using his fake appearance and behavior becomes the real outcome!

If people cannot keep being fake, they become above 9. What do you think?!

 

In career or in our own life, in some situation, we need to make a choice among [people], however, to consider all the [candidates]+[the purpose of our choice], the most difficulties in making judgement is the change of people’s [mind]; all I can follow is the old way 👉 to make decision based on this person’s past [making commitment] situation and [execution ability /promise fulfillment /clear attitude without vacillation] records and see whether those are what I want and beneficial to [the purpose of our choice]. What about you?! How do you make decision in choosing?!

In my living environment/year 2024, there is a person I supported in the past/most of the people also support this person, I found the direction of this person’s behavior changes, and I don’t agree this kind of change/there is no real evidence to support this person’s specific speech; my and others’ [past] support to this person was nothing wrong, because, no one knows how a person’s mind will change due to some kind of thing. We only can make choice based on [current facts rather than just accepting what we’ve heard]+[choose with caution]. Do you agree?!

 

11.KPI and the purpose of criticizing.

I suggest you to ask this question when you meet people love to criticize others in the workplace: [Then, did you do anything to deal with this situation/person?!], or, [Then, what we need to do?!]

👉It is to know the purpose of this person’s expressing this negative thing?! Why this person is telling you=how this person sees you as a person.

Do you agree?!

However, maybe, your intuition has told you this person is cheating or they are testing you and they think you don’t know what they’re doing👈Therefore, this person thinks you are someone who can be deceived.

The situation is👈Finally, you realize how this person sees you, however, [you can decide you want this person to know you’ve already known this or not]. Right?!

I want to share this again: Buddha/Masters/Master-level Mentors are always not telling the things, because they know, sometimes, people/students who really have self-understanding are truly awaken. What’s your idea?!

12.[The real definition] of the [Daddy’s boy(girl)], I think it depends on [the purpose they use the resources].

In my understanding: daddy’s boy(girl), they are usually defined as people who rely on the resources from their elder family and they obtain achievements without making any efforts.

If people/I hear others are called [daddy’s boy(girl)], in fact, at the first moment, I guess this person who calls other this noun is out of their jealousy, or, they just follow others’ opinion.

In my point of view, if the elder family members would like to give their children the resources they have, regardless their children accept it or not, there is [ no negative/nothing should not be done] in attitude or behavior of the elder; and some children will accept and use it/regardless their work success or failure after used, some will not, those who don’t use their elder’s resources because they want to  prove they have already possessed some kind of abilities, children think and do things differently👈 I believe you’ve already known lots of similar cases in history or at current era.

I define [daddy’s boy(girl)] as people who use their elder family’s resources only for [showing off assets they have = using their elder family’s resources/reputation in order to increase their own self confidence], they didn’t use it well. What’s your definition about it?

To be short, I think, to use elder family’s resource [in a proper and legitimate way] is a good thing.

 

13.A shows up in B’s life, it is destiny, it is also to give A or B a lesson or a learning or a test, and vice versa; please also see above 4. ( In some aspects, learning and test are the same thing…; what do you think?!)

 

Do you agree this description?!

A, B, or there is also C, regardless the kind of their relationship, they are [destined] to meet each other, it means they [must] meet each other, no matter you explain this situation in science or in metaphysics, what remains unchanged is that when people meet each other, it means: it’s time for them to meet, therefore, before this timing they [didn’t] meet each other, it is because [they have no idea of each other], or, it is stopped because [something has stopped them and they cannot break the blockage=at least one of these persons’ wisdom or power or energy is not enough to overcome the obstacles of stopping their meeting]. Hence, we are always taught: we need to do good things/be humble/we need to learn/we need to endure and overcome challenges and create good and kind relationship/people who will help us will show up someday or we will learn some lessons, and if we do evil things/arrogant, there will be people making us feel ourselves very small/make us learn something. Do you agree?!

14.[It’s strange] =What it is in other words?! What kind of adjective you would like to use?

I usually tell myself, however, I frequently forget about it👉 use [unique], or [special] and [rare] to describe the things or people I feel they are [strange]. My reason: People who only know [making friction fire] will see [lighter] as a [strange] object 👉It is these people have never seen this object, it is not this object is strange. What do you think?! Do you use [strange] frequently?!


15.Because of 14., who can be the decision maker to decide a [strange idea] is actually a [creative idea]?

Rather than discussing the decision maker, it is better for people to find out how to assess the [value] of idea after it is [completely] being done, [will they feel regret if others utilize it after their giving up the idea?], it is the [completeness and appropriateness] of decision making work procedures, do you agree?!

16.In purchasing, we need to compare among 3 suppliers, why?

It is not urgent, or, what if it is a urgent situation?!

How your company will do in this situation?!

17.In what kind of situation, people can do things without asking for approval by their managers first?!

Please allow me to ask you: is there anyone telling you people need to do things [after] all are approved?! Who said that?! Why?!

 

18. It is no longer the era to maintain our health in having food in balanced nutrition.

We are taught there is limited resources and our needs are limitless, therefore, we need to cherish the resource we have; the resources/food also become less and less. One day, we need to start to invent a way to make people: eat less, or, eat nothing, and use technology to make people become mammal of no feeling of hunger and can also keep good health. What do you think?!

However, please think about this first: what is the purpose of people seeking for individual immortality or longevity?!

 

19. It is also difficult for graduates ranked No. 1 to find jobs.

As you’ve already known, there are certain work vacancies in some companies are only available to graduates from certain schools (A), and graduates who graduated from other schools, though they are ranked No.1 (B) they will not get the chance to interview. There are many reasons, after all, the companies have the rights to select talents.

What if you (B)want to apply for these opportunities of companies?!

I suggest you put [No. 1 graduate] on page 1 of your resume or next to your name and see if there are any miracles!

Anyway, objectively speaking, you wouldn’t have a chance, so why not give it a try?!

20.No need to save face, in order to save time and achieve result, that is, we need to deal with it face to face.

Again, when we talk about [ to report something abnormal] in the organization of the company, I usually heard the company would like to protect the person who reported the case and they [abandon] the rights of the [person who is reported]: they didn’t do the confrontation. Is there anything similar like this in your company?

In the reporting procedure, I suggest it informs those people who report the cases: your name won’t be told, however, when it is required, the company will seek for your approval and OOO will accompany you to talk to the reported person face to face and your communication will be made a record.

21.Meeting minutes are important; the content of the meeting minutes is also important.

In work organization of companies, when there is an issue people need to seek for approval or disapproval opinion from meeting participants, I advise in the meeting minutes, it needs to list the name and all the positive and negative opinion of all the participants, though they may all agree on something, it needs to show the name of A, B, C and D all agree with it, and the reasons of their agreement/there is difference among all idea; it is to get everyone deeper involvement and also to let everyone knows it is a serious situation so they must express their own idea.

What do you think?!

22.To arrange a role play game in a work interview, we can consider doing it, and, we can also consider not doing it.

It is an issue of time cost invested in a work interview and the benefit after hiring the talent and their work period: in a work interview, there are some companies arranging a role play game to test the personality of candidates, it may spend more than 2 hours to complete the game, and the current manager[s] are observing their interaction; do you think it is a good idea of doing it?! I suggest you assess its cost and benefit before doing it in this way.

Reminder: in this world, these situations exist

(1) after candidates pass this role play game, they are hired, however, it is possible they won’t accept the job offering or they resign quickly after on board, the benefit they increase to this company is much lower than the time cost those observing managers have spent in that interview.

(2) In a work interview, the hiring manager and the candidate have a great conversation, the company hired the candidate immediately, and after that, these two parties have co-worked for years👈there is no role play game in the interview, they work together happily for years.

It is for your evaluating the need of role play game arranged in a work interview.

23.[I am seeking for a job [energetically], however, I’ve not received the offering from you, why I need to interact with you [passionately]?!]

Please keep a rational and objective attitude when seeking for jobs, that is to be calm, optimistic and not overly reactive.

Do you agree?!

If you agree, it also applies to what kind of situation?!

This issue comes from: some people think that when we are making some kind of efforts or we are giving something, it is only for our employer/relatives or friends, not everyone can have all of our resources, we must define a distinction between closeness and distance among our relationship with others; what do you think?!

 

24.Charity organizations use cold calling, advertising emails or cold promoting calls in their fundraising works for the organizations. Although, it is not a scam, do you think it is appropriate to do it in this way?!

I think it is inappropriate; because, those advertising email or cold calls are for [sales purpose]; we name scam a scam it is because they are pretending they are selling something, however, those charity organization is using [sales tool] for their fundraising, therefore, what they are [selling]?!

It is similar that you won’t consider [charity fundraising meeting] and [sales meeting] are the same thing, right?!

What do you think?!

 

25.Because it is a good intention, I agree some people do good deed to accumulate their own blessing👈 you can correct my concept.

In my understanding, Taiwan’s laws stipulate that you cannot do nothing to save people from ruin; apart from that, generally speaking, two individuals can choose not to help each other, right?! Relatives or friends who should have left this world and have not left, is it possible it is because the required Dharma Affairs Procedures have not been completed yet?! And the Seal The Sight of the Invisible Scene, if it is to create a blockage to disable the ability of seeing those invisible things, can we use another method, that is: to create a way to enable them to leave, to go to the way they need to go? It is to ask for help from Buddha, for guiding them to go to the ways they should go in order to make each other visible + for being helpful friends to each other; otherwise, it is one party consuming energy of the other party. This is my idea.

To ask for help from Buddha, I suggest you to consult to related experts: please firstly refer to What to Chant and What to Expect


i. Hallucinations or the so called [illness]: Under the situation of your seeking for help from doctors, I suggest you can also try this at the same time

1st.Pray for Buddha for their guiding you to do things to make your OOO symptoms disappear, enable you to find suitable ways for curing the situation(pressure or people and things or you think things through), to have a peaceful life.

 

 2nd.You produce and drink the [ no- insects water], it is also shared in the article that after brushing teeth(clean your mouth), you chant the [Medicine Buddha Mantra] toward the boiled water chant for at least 108 times, and drink it everyday…it is, anyway, before drinking the boiled water, you add the chanting Buddha mantra procedure and do chanting toward the water.

People may feel sleepy when chanting Buddha sutra….it is normal….because…when I was a student, I also felt sleepy when reading those books!)

Every time you complete 49 times at least of the reciting, you can dedicate this reciting merits to help your wish fulfillment.

In my understanding: people who are willing to send blessing to others will also be blessed. What’s your idea?!

 

As above situation….if you believe chanting Buddha sutra and spell is helpful to physical and mental health, however, you’ve already encountered many difficulties/you feel annoyed and you cannot remember so many Buddha names, I suggest you to check or recite [Prajnaparamita Heart Sutra]/there are less than 300 words, especially in the last paragraph, it already expresses clearly👉…it can remove all pain and bitterness, it is real and true not fake(note)…👈you can try to recite this sutra for at least 1,000 times, or, the last sentence is the Buddha spell [Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate BodhiSvaha] you need to chant for at least 10,000 times (don’t rush) and to transfer the merit for your getting inner peace.

(2)To seek for a job is keep seeking, and search for help or make an adjustment on ourselves; no matter you have religious belief or not, you can try to pray👈 you won’t lose anything, however, do not make promise for your making any wish, it is to avoid you break promises; the most important is to pray sincerely.

(3)What the fortuneteller said: in all their saying, you must confirm with them they were saying it based on their conclusion of the numerology, or, they just said it casually . For example: above [do the sweeping job on the side of the road], the purpose of the fortuneteller’s saying it was to advise you to do it to remove your difficulties and disasters, or, he was just saying a best way you can get a chance to earn money?!

If the fortuneteller was just saying casually, it is also [possible] creating his own bad karma, why?! I define surprise is: people are not expecting something good will happen, or, things people are making efforts, and all go with the flow then people finally get it. What do you think?!

(1)      Entry level accountant: a fresh graduated candidate, his academic background is electrical engineering and he has passed the professional accountants exams.

(2)      Chief Human Resources Officer: 10-year work experience in quality management in technology industries, currently a HR director, 3 years work experience in HR work scope.

(3)      Building exterior wall engineer (the labor work, or the leader role): Possesses literacy/local language, has involved in his family self-employed business in this industry and does the engineer work directly for 30 years.

(4)      Superiors’ driver: there are two candidates, no superiors’ driver work experience, possess complete driving experience; 35 years old.

A: Good foreign language skills, professional work experience in marketing work function, also part-time actress/advertising model.

 

B: Good physical fitness, work experience in military and police work government departments, possesses professional guard certificate, and also an author of travel books.

The largest team size this person manages are of 5 members.

D4: This person possesses work experience in similar industry and managing a team with local 111 employees; this candidate has left the job market for 3 years and now would like to return. This person’s academic background is medium and has passed foreign languages tests. The candidate’s former employer only wants to provide this information [No illegal behavior or behavior contrary to good morals was found during this employee's tenure] and doesn’t want to give any other comment about this employee.

D5:This candidate is from a specific competitor and work as Special Assistant to its founder for 3 years, this candidate possesses 3 years project management work experience with work scope involving countries of other industries, the biggest team size this person managed before is 11 staffs. This person has passed foreign languages tests.

 

In above information, which candidate you would like to interview next?!

However, among these candidates and their background, you and I find their distinguishing characteristics differently, the key points is when people are selecting the work candidates the first idea comes to our mind is "what this person is lacking of?" or "what this person is good at?" what is the first idea we have?!👈 It is the biggest difference with self-improvements of candidates, however, we can also say it is a similar thing. Some people/candidates always think” what kind of shortage I need to improve?!” And there are also people think” What kind of the specialty I ‘ve already had and I can make advancement?” and it is possible this person finally changes his professional work field. (1) Is there anyone would define you a bad person?! Why?!

(2)   Can you please stop being a bad person?! What do you need to pay for being a bad person?! Why you are willing to pay for it?!

(3)  If you think you are being framed by bad persons, what kind of person you might be:

a.     You’ve never complained about it:

I think you are a saint or a very cultivated person.

b.     You complain but you don’t reveal it, or you complain it to your close friends or family, you are waiting for right timing to [deal with it] or [fight back] or [change jobs]: nice to meet you, I’m also this kind of person.

c.      You complain but do nothing about it, you are always in the same situation: I suggest you to refer to a or b, to change the situation, otherwise, you may become a person of negative energy, people can find out this situation in your talking or just seeing you, because you keep yourself being in this negative cycle, you don’t save yourself from it or you didn’t change your situation, and you are [used to] being unhappy situation (👈believe it or not, you may have mental health issues that need to be dealt with).

d.   Take revenge on the bad people by dealing with yourself in the most drastic way: Please do not do this. Because, those bad people won’t learn any lesson from it, bad people cannot feel your pain, those who trust you will feel the pain you have caused 👈however, you have not told the truth to those people who trust you, and you also lost the opportunity to justify and defend yourself /because bad people will quibble to protect themselves, they may also lie to others because only you know the truth and you’ve lost the opportunity to tell; the way you do things is nothing good to yourself and to those who trust you, however, it has allowed bad people to escape from the responsibility they need to take.
