Below I also share those issues I hope could discuss when I applied for this job opportunity for your reference. Job Description of the Project Consultant

We are looking for a work professional with experience in building up policies and work regulations to assist the company in standardizing work processes and management policies for specific businesses or departments to improve internal operational efficiency and management consistency.

A.   The intent of need of your company. For example, you prefer below (1)or (2)

(1)    As a company or a Group, we hope could know how to build up management policies well?!

(2)   We are seeking for someone we can support this company or this Group to complete the development of some specific management policies or work processes in this defined work period. Regarding B(1), the reason and purpose of my suggesting the work owner of meetings minutes preparation is because work requester of this case is the party that is in the role of doing work acceptance, and the behavior of preparing the meeting minutes will help the requester to review and remind any required adjustment in the work scope, relevant questions being answered or not or any extended issues, and, at the same time, it also reduces any potential dispute involved in the project work acceptance.

In item E, project work requester may change the scope of need after discussing the root cause of this case.
