Furthermore, these questions explore whether a business leader, in the case of widely recognized inappropriate actions, demonstrates or possesses the capacity for accountability and self-reflection. Alternatively, could it be a matter of unfairness toward the company or its leader, but the leader simply chooses not to address it, believing that explaining would be a waste of time compared to focusing on work?
