Based on those
experienced I’ve met,please allow me to consult you/it may not be applicable to your environment, and, how you would
like to answer?!:
(1) Is the company's need to hire
consultants actually an attempt to fill in the gaps in the competence of a
certain professional manager?! Incompetence implies the unwillingness to take work
responsibilities and a lack
of knowledge of professional work scope. 👈👈👈If this is the case, a professional
consultant would suggest you directly contact a headhunting firm to find other
talent to fill the gap! Reason: (Assuming the employee's name is Q)
A. The attitude of not willing to take
work responsibilities: Q has already violated employment
contract, the company and his
colleagues need to spend time in proving what works belong to Q’s work
responsibilities and Q is not willing to take the responsibilities, it becomes
everyone but Q knows Q’s work responsibilities and Q [intentionally] ignores

terrible situation, especially when Q is in a high work position, and most of
the employees are not in high work levels, they may be afraid of reporting this
situation to the higher level W, and, W’s professional work background is not
the same as Q’s, it creates difficulties to W to find out Q’s situation.
In above situation, please consider:
Once the causes you would like to hire consultants be resolved, will it also
resolve those problems on your people?! Or, you will thing the problems solving
work is still on-going/do it later, or, it can be ignored if no one talks about
it again?! (Unexploded bomb! 👉 When things happen, please don't forget the decision you would like to make at
this moment. Is it like a situation of bad money to drive out good?! Are those
good ones excellent but currently just your entry-level staffs and are affected
by Q every day?)

is the most suitable one to be the project manager?!
