Management policies of a company are rules
employees need to follow, and, there
is a work contract between the company and the employees, therefore, this
blog thinks that the company [must] build up the written management policies no
matter how you build them up, you must let employees know what they need to
comply with at the first day
they join your company, otherwise, it is very difficult to the employees to
know the company’s work operations, work processes and to whom they need to
report or deliver the work result only by knowing the content of the work
contract! Do they need to get a work approval before deliver the work result to
others?! Approve by whom?! If you
want to avoid something from its happening in your company, the best way to
avoid it is to define it and define the way to avoid it in your management

Operating Procedures, Processes or Procedures. Some companies use this word, Procedures,
when they are building up a management work policy for a smaller work scope, Procedures
are the affiliates of Policies. 👈This blog’s opinion and work experience: Unless your company
would like to build up a department to manage all the policies and regulation
of your company, otherwise, it brings you confusion and things will be in a
mess, this blog would like to suggest to call them management policies
or management procedures; on
the contrary, please firstly assess whether it creates better work efficiency
if you would like to spend cost to build up a written policies management
department?! In this situation, employees who are working in this kind of
roles, what their career development could be?!=employees who are doing
management policies works and dealing those documents for a long time, what
kind of professional work expertise they are able to increase in the long run?!
