38)Talents hunting need no candidates to
provide their salary slips of former/current company. Why not just reject them
if their expectation is over hiring budget?!
The number of expected salary comes
from candidates’ expectation, everyone has their own reason and it differs, why
it needs the proof?!
A short story:many years ago, I got an offering from a Taiwan subsidiary
of a Fortune 100 company, it was a Manager work opportunity. Their HR Manager
of this subsidiary asked me about my salary expectation「How did this number come from?」, and she wanted to check the record in my 「bank passbook」, I rejected to give, and the all hiring process made me feel
unpleasant and finally I didn’t join them;after that, I found out from a
headhunting consultant that the amount this firm would like to offer is much
lower than I expected, and, their comments for that HR Manager was not so good,
and our conclusion was: we need to have good luck if we hope
could get an independent comment on our salary expectation from a HR of the
hiring side;and, indeed, the attitude of a
well-known company may not be as respected as their brand reputation.
求才不需要對方提供薪資條。如果期望薪資超出預算,直接拒絕人才不就好了嗎?!
期望薪資金額,來自於人才的期望,每個人的理由不同,為什麼要證明?!
小故事:很多年前,我得到一個財富前100大公司台灣子公司經理級的工作,該公司台灣的人資經理詢問我期望薪資金額「是怎麼來的?」、最後並向我索取「銀行存款存摺」要驗證原來的金額,我拒絕了,整個過程讓人覺得不受尊重,後來當然沒有答應共事;不久之後,輾轉從獵人頭顧問得知該公司提供的薪資水準遠低於我的期望,以及顧問公司對於這位人資經理不太良好的評價,結論是:我們都無法掌握用人公司人資單位對於人選薪資評斷的獨立性,要靠運氣;確實,高知名度公司的待人態度未必如品牌一樣受人推崇。

be too happy for being accepted. We don’t know what would happen next after the

32)One of my family relative became a popular coach of
devil camps in HQ of a giant MNC and a great election assistant of a former U.S
President after she left Taiwan sadly because her manager stole her business
idea and got promotion. We’re all happy about her success. She won’t have
current resource and those work achievement if she work at that previous firm
until now.
Lessons learnt: Trust #justice will be
served someday, but, it may not be in the form as we expect for.
Does she need to thank her former manager
accordingly?
我有位親戚,曾經傷心地離開台灣到美國工作,因為她主管盜用她工作上的創意,並因此獲得升遷;後來這位親戚在某知名公司全球總部變成魔鬼訓練營知名講師、某任美國總統的得力助選員。我們都為她的成功感到高興。如果她待在原來的公司,不會擁有現在的資源以及工作成就。
心得感想:相信#正義終將被伸張,但也許不是以我們期待的模式發生。

31)Stammering people are quick minded, their speaking
cannot catch up with their thinking speed. Some talk vvvvvvvvery slowly,
because they are trying to get back to the point popping up in their mind but
gone seconds ago that matches what you are talking about now.

Don't think, don't do, don't draw in and don't instigate
others to do things to hurt others ( soul and
mind/body/money/reputation/environment…etc.).
不想、不做、不引導、不教唆他人做有害他人的人事物( 心靈/身體/ 金錢/名譽/環境資源…等)。
2)
Show caring, take actions and/or donate money to people in
need, to do a good thing monthly at least. It
is also a good thing to support environmental protection; please
remember, regarding caring, fake greetings hurt, and it is easily be seen through,
please don’t do that if asking is out of our curiosity, it does nothing good to
us.( Confucius and Jesus both said things like
this: Treat others as
you would like to be treated. )
以關懷、行動或/及金錢,至少每月助人事物一次做好事。支持環保也算是好事;請謹記,關懷,假的問候很傷人又很容易被看穿,如果只是好奇,請不要這麼做,對我們沒好處。(孔子與耶穌都說過類似的話:己所不欲、勿施於人)。

6) If you’re excellent, not arrogant, love to share….but your colleagues always freeze you out, it proves that group of people/environment is suitable to people who are not excellent but arrogant, not sharing. However, it is not “vice versa”. If one of those people work in the environment which suits you, “full of sharing attitude”, this person may transform to be the same as you.
To be short, don’t be sad to be frozen out.

8) It is true that gossipers are much more influential with higher social skill, for example, they have the ability to reveal your secrets and at the same time you still think you have good friendship with them. A true friendship is to protect each other, rather than exposing secrets of friends.

networking, but, not to force to create a relationship. The difference is to do

Don’t
steal/snatch things that belong to others already. Things can be
stolen/snatched, even if stolen/snatched, they will be stolen/snatched away
someday. So do people and love relationship.

investments; there are also people you’ve already known, they hope to know how
you talk to strangers. There is only one thing we can do: keep smiling, stay

12) For job seekers, if interviewers have questions about your under average school record, do not explain as “ I don’t want to waste too much time in studying in order to get a higher record….”, because, not all students who got higher record need to spend much time in studying. Find another persuasive reason, ex: “ I found contentment easily.” 😄😄
給求職者,如果面試官對於您低於標準的在校成績有疑問,請不要回答”因為我不想為了成績花太多時間唸書…”,因為,成績好的學生不一定花很多時間唸書。找一個更具說服力的理由吧,例如:”我很容易滿足。😄😄

message and don’t want to reply: (Example: [you] = the person who sent the
message, [I] = the person who has read and don’t want to reply)
1. Your status is so low, how dare you
talking to me?! I don’t want to respond otherwise, it will lower my status and
image, I hope you disappear as soon as possible!
2.You, a person from a small country, how
come you can point out my incapability in management. Although it is true, I
don't want to admit it. If I respond, it means I admit I am incapable, we this
group of people are all incapable, and you found out this situation in this extremely
short period of time! Disappear as quick as possible! Otherwise, others will discover
the truth!
For the sake of my work position and the face of our country, I definitely cannot admit it!
3. Same as the following recommended article = 1+2, more than that, I know that people have sent message but didn’t get the response are likely to keep following those message recipients who don’t respond. I like attention from others, therefore, I won't respond!
I would like to recommend another article for your
reference, and, if you didn’t get the response you want or you feel people despise
you, please refer to it before deciding how you feel from the situation you’re
encountering: [Career]They
choose to be snobby and looking down on others, however, why you care?
And, please allow me to ask you a
question, do you think it is possible👉Regarding the discriminatory attitude,
B discriminates against A, and A will be aware of this discriminatory attitude and
the inappropriateness from B more earlier than B aware of it, however, part of
the root cause is B’s growing environment or habitual behavior, B thinks B has
the right to do it.
I would like to
share a case for your reference: Regarding 2., some people commented based on
their wealth status, although, now we are all in this 21st century, they
believe that people/A in higher wealth status should not talk to people/B who
are in lower wealth status because A defines themselves as the aristocrat,
people in lower wealth status should accept all aristocrat’s behavior. The
extended issue is: If A subjectively believes that B's degree or work
achievements, or even appearance, friendship or other resources are higher than
those of A, A feels very unhappy, and A also bullies B in the workplace or
destroys B's resources behind B’s back. A was ultimately laid off by employer
C. However, when C hired A, other employees in the work environment felt that A
was hired because of A’s high wealth and superior external background than
other employees. The main reason is that if Company C reviewed A’s
qualification in its own general recruiting process, A may fail because of A’s
not related educational background and has no professional work experience and
skills.
In your mind, is there any problem in A or C?!
I think the only one problem is A’s attitude in learning or how A treats others. C can hire anyone C wants, because C/business owner need to be responsible for the result and impact of C’s own talent hunting, however, A’s higher wealth situation is also not a problem, A was hired = at least, A’s qualification meets C’s OO need, though A didn’t achieve the work objectives of OO and set up B. Therefore, I think the problem is A’s attitude.
Regarding C's
situation of bypassing the general recruitment process, I would suggest that C
must tell other employees the reason in a timely manner, so as not to cause A
to have difficulty in working due to jealousy of others in the future or the
recruitment staff to feel that C does not value the recruitment department and feel
unhappy.

你地位那麼低,憑什麼跟我說話?! 不回應,以免拉低了我的地位及形象,趕快消失吧!
2.
你這個來自小國家的人,竟然指出我管理無能,雖然是真的,但我不想承認。回應你等於承認我、我們這群人都很無能,而且被你在極短的時間內發現! 你快消失吧! 以免被其他人發現真相!
為了我的位置、為了我們國家的顏面,我絕對不能承認!
3. 同下列推薦文章=1+2,而且,我知道,被不回應的人,很有可能反而一直關注不回應的人。我喜歡被關注的感覺,因此不回應!
推薦您另一篇文章,如果您被已讀不回或被輕蔑,請參考之後再決定您的心情:[職涯]他們選擇勢利、輕蔑,您何必在意?
請教您:您是否認同可能性👉被歧視的人A,會比歧視他人的人B先發現B的歧視態度呢?! 行為的接收者A,會比行為施予者B先感受到不妥當,部分原因是B的成長環境或習慣行為。B認為B有權利那麼做。
案例供您參考:有關2.,部份的人則是以財富地位評論,雖然目前是21世紀,但行為認為高財富人A不應該與低財富人B對話,因為A認為他們是貴族,低財富人應該接受貴族的任何行為。延伸的議題是:若A主觀認為B擁有的學位或工作成就,甚至外表、友誼或其他資源高於A擁有的,A會非常不開心,有職場霸凌或背地破壞B資源的情形。A最終是被雇主C資遣的,然而,C聘用A時,工作環境其他員工們感受到C是因為A的高財富及優於其他員工的外在背景而錄用的,主因,若以C公司一般招募程序及用人條件審查A的資格的話,A並非本科系,也不具備專業經驗或年資。
您認為A或C有什麼問題呢?! 我認為只有一個問題就是:A的學習態度或待人處事態度的問題。C可以聘用任何人,因為C/企業主必須自己對於自己親自挑選的用人結果與影響負責,而A的高財富事實也不構成問題,A會被錄用=至少符合C的OO的需求,A並未達到OO工作目標又陷害B,因此我認為是A態度的問題。
有關C繞過一般招募程序的情形,我會建議C必須適時告訴其他員工原因,以免造成A日後因他人嫉妒而工作困難或招募專職人員認為C不重視招募部門而內心不愉快。

For CIA or PMP holders:I suggest you to get both of these 2 work
license if currently you only have one of them and if you’re interested though
it still need spending time on studying in it. Their knowledge and logic are
similar. Is there anyone who has similar point of view as mine? People asked me

Lessons learnt: Trust #justice will be
