This article records my career history about my being treated unfairly and the way I interacted and its work progress, it also involved my being forced to quit the job and it has happened for times 😨, I only shared some of the stories, not all of them.

It has happened for times”, does this means I am an employee of poor work performance?! You can know my work outcome and contribution via viewing mypersonal profile shared in LinkedIn, people have their own point of view, it differs, please define yours by yourself. 😊

 

The purpose of this sharing doesn’t mean to blame on anyone, I hope all the viewers, no matter you are a general staff or a person in a managerial role, would get something which would “enlighten your work logic” from reading this, and, to know more of the importance of legal compliance, internal control, and the idea of “policy implementation is not for its announcement only”, more than that, to realize that you need to be responsible for your own conscience.

 




 

1.  It is human nature that people would feel sad if others hurt them intentionally, and, it also means people fall for the trap because those who hurt them want them feeling sad.

So?!

Although, we’ve seen through it, just smile, seize the day, and, move forward!

2.  It is always emphasized in this blog: to define the purpose before taking actions.

It is also reasonable to set up goals by stages: Do not reveal, just observe, and take action while the timing is right.

3. Gossiping about others may have impact on your positive personal image; it is also a kind of reflection of your mental illness. Please take care.

4.  Managers who hurt their subordinates by using their managerial power is a deed of giving up their own managers’ status, because, it works against the code of conduct of the company, that is, “ Do not hurt others” .

It is nothing wrong if you protect your own reputation and safety; if you encounter any harm, please report it directly; don’t be afraid because of your lower work position, those who are less morality will be afraid of you.

5. It is common that people show respect to others as much as others' job title, the higher job title others possess, the more respect they show toward these people, this kind of people exist in companies and in countries. How to identify?!

To pretend you are a person in a lower work position, and you would see others’ true face.

6. There are managers saying you are not capable of doing things and hope you would leave the work environment, in fact, it is possible they would like to hire their acquaintances to do your work, or, they do this to keep their own work mistakes hidden and they think no one knows the truth, including you or HR don’t know it, either. What to do?!

All you can do is to protect yourself as much as possible, however, as a saying goes, people need to take the responsibility of the karma they created, those who made you lose your job is like snatching your clothes and food ( as a proverb says, snatching others clothes and food is like killing others parents), in personal moral honesty aspect, this kind of managers have already lost their leadership status.

 

(In my first time concurrently working as a junior HR, there was a senior manager of another department lying to me that she would like to do downsizing of her own work department, so I helped her laying off some colleagues, after that, this manager requested for recruiting staffs for the same work scope, and, I found there were candidates applying for these jobs very soon and their work background showing they worked together before, I blamed on myself having no power to save those former colleagues and I found we have big internal control problems in this procedure; many years later, I encountered similar situation as those former colleagues, I hope it meant I’ve paid off my karma debt by encountering that?  I see it this way, and, what’s your idea?!

 

7.  Managers who possess entrepreneurship would listen to other parties’ opinion, face problems head on and solve problems.( Dell is the ideal example: How to know Group HQ HR policies have beenfollowed by all the subsidiaries globally? So does those managers mentioned in below stories)



People who only focus on work promotion and personal image, they would cover the truth, more than that, they sacrifice others’ rights and benefit. If you meet them, please review above 4..

8. To win at the starting point; however, if people disobey what is right in order to cover their mistakes, they will make the misstep, go to the wrong path, and finally lose everything.

9.People who dislike you, it is because they don’t want to face the truth that you are better than them; it is up to you to show your empathy to them or not.

10. People who stand in your way are afraid of your disclosing their fault to others; please choose a solution: face it head-on and fight directly, take a detour, report to the government or his boss. All is up to you!

11.Protect yourself every minute. Because, people act like those in above 9 and 10 may do this:

Ex1: Personal resume for job seeking is a kind of communication tool; the interviewers may find out you and their good friend used to work together in your former work company, however, that “good friend” is the person who forced you to leave the work environment in your previous work place. They arranged this interview on purpose because they want to do something to insult you face to face.

 

EX2: Or, people who hurt you are HR or in recruiting work field, however, they changed jobs, and they receive your work application in their new company, they would surely reject your work application in order to avoid their previous behavior being exposed by you in the new work environment.

 

What to do if you encounter this kind of things?!

No need to make more effort to thrive for the opportunities.

Take it easy; because, no one can promise you working there is a happy thing once hired. How you would know it really fits what you want after hired?! 

 

12.It makes no mistake if you are in a polite mode in every minute properly, even you are facing people who are insulting you, you also need to interact with your polite attitude; you are showing your own self-cultivation and attitude, no one would blame on you according to this.

In above 11., you are polite but being insulted, you can choose not to be angry and don’t cry. Maybe, on the contrary, you should show your compassion toward them.

Why?!

All they can do is to deal with you in this way; however, you’ve overcome this and they will encounter their karma.




14.You may get what you want by exposing your encountering in the internet; however, if there is no other follow-up action, you will get 5 -seconds attention only.

Please plan an effective procedure then review above 2.

15. It is advised not to define too detail in your prayers if you would like to pray to heaven for punishing those who hurt you, otherwise, your prayer may become a begging for forgiveness for them.

 

E.g:

B: Dear God! A set me up, so I was kicked out from the company. Please use your power and a long stick flogging his hand for 10 times.

 

God: A person set up others deserves flogging for 100 times. Are you sure you want them being slapped for 10 times only?!

 

16.Things are independent respectively. People who treated you badly, however, if they’ve helped you before, you also need to be grateful for that; otherwise, you also treat them unfairly.

17.Things are independent respectively. Define the perpetrator clearly. Once you put forward the sue, the two sides would be irreconcilable; make sure whom you would like to argue with?! An individual, a company, or a group?!

 

Situation that may cause you feeling hesitant to take legal action, for example:

There is lawsuit between you and the company, it’s not convenient to me to talk to you now.

In the database of our group, we know you were an employee of our affiliated company, and there was a legal case between you; please let us know why you think we are a company suitable to you?!

 

Situation listed above is for your reference only, they do not necessarily happen, however, please consider with cautious before you take legal action.

 

How you will deal with it if you are the hiring manager of above company?!


18.    If you believe: causal loops are real.

Reasons for being treated badly, there are 50% possibility things are caused from our own karma due to the bad things we did in the past or in our past life, and another 50% possibility are people initiated this, and created their own new karma; we won’t know which karma causing our current suffering, though,I suggest you take it as a kind of test, and you need to face it head-on, deal with it directly and let it go, don’t feel sad.

 

Taking actions to get justice is the natural reaction of human beings when encountering above, however, please remember not to create your own new bad karma.

 

19.    All those who involved in forcing me to leave the company, if you view this article and feel I’m dong revenge toward you, only you can do is accepting it, or, pretending it was not you doing that kind of things to me. I would choose to ignore how you feel, just like you ignored mine before.

The only one difference is that you are the person who created the cause of this whole thing, and I am the person who needed to accept how it was happening and now become a person stating the truth and advising others the way to deal well with it once encountering; this is actually not a revenge.

 

The meaning of [stating] and [revenge] is different.

 

20.    Employee who is illegally forced to leave the company and is also asked for signing an agreement of “ cannot use any kind of reason to claim any compensation in the future” , this kind of agreement is invalid, more than that, the “employee has no obligation to sign” .

At least, this rule applies to related situation in Taiwan, Hong Kong and United States.

Note : In the company mentioned in[#WorkEthic #Integrity] No matter how difficult itis, we shouldn’t work against things of the righteous( many words...)  there was a similar agreement in my leaving the company procedure, I signed, my purpose was to [complete the resignation procedure].

At that moment, I don’t trust that company, if I didn’t sign, there is great possibility the company would say I was a person who [didn’t complete the required procedure], and no one would care what procedure it is. This concern is also for your reference. 

 

 

21.Though, we want to leave current work environment and have started to seek for another job, we also need to do our best at current job. Why? Because, current work contract is still effective, if we cannot follow what have been promised, how can we ask for the company side following theirs

22.In a company or a group, if there are many people involved in something, it is impossible to deal with it quickly, unless, they decide to temporarily close its daily operation to solve it.

23.Different people would explain the same one thing differently, how to identify which is true?!

(1)  Those who guide or share the way they dealing with things with their own children is telling the truth.

(2)  Everyone come together and speaks their own truth in front of Buddha.

24. Why do people keep encountering companies with wrong managers?!


That mentor said: people who know what’s wrong, and, have the capability and courage to handle it well are the real true leaders….Emily, the positions you applied for were too low. Set the goal higher. It’s time, believe it or not.


25.Not everyone has empathy, more than that, they think the opposite way of yours;  it is advised your explaining leave reason in a work interview, you only need to describe the key points in short; please see further explanation in below paragraph 9.


26.      I don’t think this way: at work place, we need to have the courage to be disliked.

I think this way: at work place, both sides need to exercise the work agreements; following the law-reason-politeness, naturally, we will make friends, as for who like or dislike, we don’t need to care much about it, unless that is listed in the agreement.


27.  It is not being laid off if you give up the [severance pay] and fill up the [resignation form] and leave; just go back home and listen to the music to release the sad mood:

Explanation of noun used in this article and related things

 

1. Employees “leave” : it means, the employees leave the company they are working for, including resignation, laid-off, retirement, ouster, and other specific situation resulting in their being not able to work there and they need to leave the work environment.

2.Employees are “forced to leave”, or, in short, “be resigned” ( Taiwaner-style  English), the timing of resignation is not based on the employees willingness but situation and people putting pressure on these employees.

3.Employees are force to leave, more than that, the possibility of their taking legal action is >0% , the root cause: the way the company dealing with things is illegal or unfair, or illegal and unfair (something fair might be illegal, and, vice versa, it depends on the involved culture and the involved laws of countries)

-  All the work departments have the roles and responsibilities to manage their own work roles and responsibilities work out; however, in the overall work roles and responsibilities in a company, it is ____Department responsible for assisting others to know and allocate roles and responsibilities properly; it is because roles and responsibilities allocation is part of the knowledge of organization management, and, organization management is part of [____] Management Knowledge and Tool.( Please let us know, “usually”, in your company, which work department is responsible for building up the organization chart?!….But, they may not be familiar with roles and responsibilities management 👈 this is what you are thinking, right?! 😦 )

1.   Timing and background of this article.

Now is 2023/7, I found there are LinkedIn viewers leaving comments under a Group’s main page, saying their unfairly being treated causing them leaving the company, the timing of the comment is this Group’s announcing their winning an award of their HR work function. I don’t know these people, I left a comment and advice accordingly, I meant: It is sad to know those things happened, however, if [they are still hurting but following the company that hurt them before, I advised they not to follow it until they are healed or the problems are solved.] and they can ignore my advice.

 

If you are still in hurt mode, why do you keep following those who hurt you?!

 

I didn’t study much about the mentioned HR award, its assessment organization, assessment standard and scope…; however, there were people saying this organization was misled by this group’s marketing information that they are impressed by the given good image resulting in the award, I’m curious about their evidence for their assumption or logic to say it this way?

[Is it possible that] this organization was randomly selecting the current and former employees and kept their name undisclosed, and the decision of the award was made by the summary of what those employees said?!

Thus, can this assessment organization sue these people for their questioning causing the slander their assessment independence?! Because these people used affirmative sentence rather than interrogative one.

E.g.:

 

[Your award is fake!]

 

And

 

[Is your award fake?!]

 

That’s quite different.

What’s your idea?

 

Back to the story, I am a person who is suitable to give this advice; I’ve already said in the beginning that I’ve been unfairly treated in some companies I worked for, however, I chose to deal with it in other ways, I didn’t post comment under their social media platform, my reason and concern is….the information recipients may not be those persons I want. That’s all.

This was a most recent case; I hope this is the last one in my career about something not fair, it also happened in a MNC’s subsidiary in Taiwan.

 

The way I dealt with it: I chose a right timing, summarized all I’ve found under my observation during my work period, my point of view, purpose and advice, and I sent it directly to the Group CEO via email.

 

(1) My purpose: I hope no one will be hurt again; then, report completed.

(2) Issues: it was employees spreading rumors, and the managers involved, the way they dealing with things reflecting their lack of related management experiences and responsibilities awareness, less legal compliance understanding and intention, it was similar to: Once reported, the sentence is completed; the reported person doesn’t know the reported content in the whole situation. No independent investigation procedures.


There was also some inappropriate work culture, it may have existed for more than 10 years if it be calculated based on some of the employees years of service.

At that moment, the rumors creators was a team of people, spreading people to people, it was like virus these years, the resistance in the environment was weak, there was big possibility the rumor will be noticed internally and externally that will influence on my reputation and career in the future, hence, I need to find the most influential place to stand up for myself, I also do it for myself no matter what the outcome will be.

About the [right timing]=after the last date of able to claim compensation for loss, because, in this situation, those who has bad intention will have no opportunity to say I do this only for money purpose.

This is how I dealt with it for your reference.

 

(3) Cross level report?

No. I’ve resigned, not an employee, no need to follow this rule.

 

(4) How will the CEO deal with it?!

 

I don’t know.

Every employee would have influence on many aspects in a company, there is not only this case, I believe it needs time to investigate the truth before making proper judgement and decision, it has already exceeded the scope I can know.

(5) Following companies in LinkedIn is because the posts resonated. What’s your motive?!

 

I follow lots of companies, I do this for learning, liking something resonated, sometimes, I feel happy if others use my idea…more than that, I feel happy if there are work opportunities I’m interested😍!

 

E.g. I’ve followed Dell in LinkedIn for a long time, I did it since last century 😌; I applied for its Chief Of Staff, I feel it is suitable and very happy when applying for it, I don’t know why I’m happy. The fact was, I didn’t even get an interview opportunity, felt a little lost, however, I won’t stop following its information. How do you think about this idea?!

In my understanding, some people take following as a kind of exchange resources, I don’t feel it is suitable to job searching situation.

 

In genesis era, I applied for an entry level manager work vacancy of Samsung, finally not be selected. 2023/7/28, I started to follow this group. Does it mean I’m weird?! Of course not.

Base on some truth, I agree people can comment something they disagree or negative under specific companies’ LinkedIn page, however, I’m curious what kind of effect or result they hope to get, and why they think they will get it by doing things in this way?!

 

(7) Being treated unfairly causing the employees leaving the company, and, it is normal that these employees hope could release the hatred and get justice.

But,

Question: regarding the justice, what you want it to be presented in order to heal your wound or loss?!

I understand how you feel, more than that, our family would also feel hurt mentally, and, we lost our income source accordingly, it means, our family also need to suffer this loss…so, have you determined what justice you want, yet?!

Will your planned action help you to get what you want?! It is really helpful or it just a fight back gesture?! How long it will last for your healing by doing it?! Please comment.

 

 

Things are independent respectively:

-       It’s a pity to break up on bad terms.

-       It can’t be denied, I thank this company for hiring me in the beginning, I was in difficult situation at that moment in changing jobs.

-    In the group or in the company, not everyone is involving in pushing me to leave the company, this is what I want to say to those who have similar situation as mine, you don’t need to/you shouldn’t complain about the whole company.

-       In the whole situation of mine, from the beginning until now, the thing I gained most is I understand myself more, and I also need to improve more about my discernment on people and my reaction capability, more than that, I also thank myself making efforts to my own things; I appreciate all the guidance my Buddha/Deity/Spirit/my experience/those invisibles giving to me. Wishing my entire situation get out of unhappy situation immediately and be in a good status from now and forever.

 

 

 

 

2.   Boss, your subordinates lied to you!

There is another story when I was working in a retailing company. I remember, my colleague introduced with big confidence that we were the 2nd. big in sales channel size in number of stores, only 7-11 was bigger than us. I joint this company when it was just acquired by its parent company, most of the C -level managers were switched from the parent company.

 

It also happened in previous century 😨. I somewhat forget about the order of the facts (Why should I remember?! They can’t help me creating a good life!) That’s not the point…😌 .

 

Now repeat, things are independent respectively:

-       It’s a pity to break up in bad terms.

-       I still thank this company for hiring me, it helped me to fulfill my dream of expanding “times of my management size than before”, so does the “company size”. I was also invited to its interview in the beginning. I feel grateful. 

-      It also cannot be denied that I’ve learned some valuable work experience and professional knowledge in this company, I feel grateful again. I also thank those managers and HR colleague who hired me, though, they were those who didn’t treat me well at the end. They complimented my outstanding work results in my work period, I thank their complimenting.

-       I thank the CEO, he paid me the promised salary, and he is also the reference person in my changing jobs that I thank him a lot because he recognizes my work, we didn’t do work together long, moreover, I also asked for help from him about my academic thesis development content and industry knowledge sharing with my colleagues after this firm, we learnt a lot from him.

-       In my sharing of [Policy Design Studio] in this blog, it contains knowledge learnt when I working for PwC, besides, working experience in this retail company also brought me significant positive impact on it, especially my work progress with colleagues and team members and the feedback they’ve invested, it made our policies fit what we need, it contains everyone’s efforts.

(1) Things in short: this company broke promise of paying me some amount of the yearly salary. In the hiring procedure, the offering letter was not formally signed, I asked for having the corporate seal on it, the HR manager said “ everyone’s offering letters have no that seal” as a  rejection to my request, and, when things happened, they said I have no evidence to prove the amount is promised and they wanted me to sign on legal document to give up the rights to claim!

 

Please do brainstorming againIf the rights and facts doesn’t exist in the beginning, then, what things need to be given up and sign for giving up?! ……I don’t know, either…=> I didn’t sign👿😄

 

 

My direct manager, the CFO, she told me, if I didn’t accept the situation, only I can do is resignation, it was obviously not reasonable, however, there were great uncertainty in the scopes of my career and economic if I took legal actions then, so does the waiting period; I chose to fight again at a right timing because I’ve achieved the work targets for the promised salary, why should I give up(there are terms for the annual salary, I need to achieve some work targets and working period in order to get the promised amount), in my work period, every year, I got A+ in my work performance review under the CFO’s assessment. End of this case, it was also my last year working in this company, the successor CFO (one of the hiring manager in the beginning) and that HR manager assessed my work result and defined it in a lowest level, lower than the bottom of Mariana Trench😒, they also refused to explain the reason of the result; the CEO was just switched in from the parent company and didn’t know the story, they reported me in the to-be laid-off list due to lower work performance. The CEO didn’t know my previous outstanding work result, things were weird.

 

Brainstorming again and again: a manger work level person, work performance result is A+ for years, work scope doesn’t change, personal life has nothing big happened, work targets achieved, there was only one thing changed and it is her direct manager changed, and her work performance review result became the lowest and no one cares and asked, the CEO didn’t know, whose problem is this?!

 

It went back and forth for times and long, the situation was like there is a person holding no weapon but be surrounded by many powerful persons holding big sticks, and I needed to fight alone, fortunately, my family and colleagues gave me mentally support. For standing up for my dignity, value, asking this company for following its promise…I decided to fight!💪😠😊

(2) Plan and action: I found a right timing to report to above CEO (also came from our parent company), I directly explained what happened and the successor CFO also wanted me to ignore this CEO’s work instruction, criticizing him, I felt confused and weird, I had difficulties in doing my job.

 

Being reliable/trustworthy is a common sense in business management; managers’ behavior stands for the company’s. At that moment, people around me don’t believe the parent company, a listed company, arranged this kind of people being the top management team of our company.

 

“Why not asking the reason of the employee about her claiming the salary that the company didn’t promise?!”

“No promise, just don’t pay. Why they want the employee leaves the company if the employee doesn’t accept it?! “

People who know this are much angrier than I am.

Accordingly, people said above 8th. in [Emily Says] . What’s your idea?!

 

 

(3)The outcome at the end: I got the salary, and finally the CEO would like to be the reference person in my career after this case when I was seeking jobs.

 

(4)  Karma of involved persons: Yes, it happened. However, I was told by my colleagues, I won’t reveal it here because I have no direct proof of it.

 

Some of my colleagues’ feel it’s not fair that one of those higher managers now is a General Manager of another group, it seems like that manager is promoted. This is my idea about this situation:

-     From what I’ve already known, those managers also did good things before, and, maybe, they did big good things in their past life, they are also persons who will make efforts to their own work as much as they can; and their work promotion, maybe, it is a reflection of their big good deed before.

-     The timing of karma happens cannot be predicted by us.

-     I’m not sure whether this case is an outcome of something I need to take the responsibility for, or, it is others creating the karma; I’ve prayed, and,I’ve already done what I need to do, as for others, I let the universe decide what needs to happen next.

 

(5) Questions and discussion: before above CEO knows my work results are all outstanding, he told me this breaking promise was causing from our company rule, that is, something in my personal professional background didn’t match the level of the promised salary.

 

Quiz:

(1) A newly hired employee who is not on board yet, why the company promised this person a yearly salary package that this person’s professional background has not match the company’s C&B rule?!

(2) A person is formally hired and this person has contributed a lot and good, however, current C&B policy seems blocks this employee’s opportunity to get what he/she deserves and the opportunity to be promoted, what should this company do?!

i.  Do nothing, and no need to tell this employee to invest something for themselves in other direction of promotion. That’s employees their own business.

ii. Dealing with it as a special case, and, the company needs to plan a way to lead all the outstanding employees having better opportunities in the work environment and revise the related policies to include all the employees for being encouraged to be great. Work owner: Talent Development Department.

iii. Wait until a better policy is completed then to apply to all the employees. If there is employee leaving this company in the waiting period, just ignore it.

iv.  Other solution.

(3) In above (2), to check the outcome in order to know the truth that the HR manager or any higher level manager didn’t do anything for it ,because:

i.   They don’t know, they have never dealt with this kind of things, they can’t imagine this. Work professional and experience issues.

ii.  They pretended they don’t know. Attitude issue.

iii. Other possibilities.

 

Above sharing is for your reference and having a deep thought.


3.   Don’t slander, but, consider not doing the recommendation.


This sentence can be easily understood and no need further explanation.

Please do not slander those companies for releasing your anger; in that company, not everyone wronged you or owe you something!

Just don’t recommend this company’s products.

 

This was also my experience when I was working for a company and its brand awareness and service contents were ssssso famous; I didn’t know this company has been reported to the government for many times by many people until I worked for it, and the business owners were always doubting our employees doing the report and I was included…all I can do is to quit this job asap. Why?!

The things being reported were true, I didn’t report and I don’t want to be questioned, I don’t want to work in an illegal business operation environment, either.

 

Is there any better idea than resignition?! Please comment.

 

 

4.   Observation about people commenting complaint under the targeted company page in LinkedIn.


There are viewers feel that a company once created a corporate on LinkedIn, it needs to accept kinds of comments, if the negative comments are deleted, it means, this company doesn’t want to face problems. I don’t fully support this point of view:

(1) It is not really the company doesn’t want to deal with problems. Maybe, it not appropriate to have a further discussion over there; regarding LinkedIn platform purpose, I’ve gathered some information: it is for [individual establishing their own professional networking], [for companies, personal business promoting or individual career development purpose].It’s marketing related.

(2) There are many reasons causing a comment be deleted; maybe, it has become a kind of harassment, statements improper, not using the provided customer complaints contact window or investors contact person to deal with it…..[it is not 100%] the company doesn’t want to face the problems.

(3) Functionally, LinkedIn allows page creators being able to delete comments under their posts; and, LinkedIn also could delete any comment once being reported and recognized as an improper content; if there are people who don’t want their own comments on others being deleted, I suggest them submit a request to LinkedIn to have some kind of account authorization about [my comment cannot be deleted].

(4) Please view above 14th. in [Emily Says]; due to the comment creator’s defined purpose in the beginning, what they should do to achieve the purpose of their own comment?!

 

Above suggestion is for your reference.




5.   If having no money to raise lawsuit, you could seek for help from the government, or, asking for advice from lawyer for your situation.

 

In all the countries, rules for managing the behavior and employees’ rights are different; if you want to take some kind of legal action, you can consider seeking help from the government for free advice; as for help from lawyers, if it is a paid –service, you can ask for help about charge estimation first and the payment progress. In my understanding, when the lawyers are doing the estimation, they would also consider the whole situation of winning and benefits of yours and theirs, if the monetary amount is not big, however, what you need is to grab attention only, and some of the lawyers would give you some advice and they won’t charge.

 

You can consider describing like this: My purpose is OOO, however, I’m afraid I cannot afford the legal service fees, would you please give me some advice or methods to handle this situation?!

 

 

6.   Things be disordered, you need to recover your emotion first.


Do you believe this?! Mental health has the influence on personal fortune, it is majorly because mood affects thoughts, thoughts affect aura, aura affects fortune; people who are forced to leave the work environment would feel their work and life tempo be interrupted into a mess, they would feel extremely not happy, and it is possible they would think everyone in the world treat them unfairly.…

 

In my experience and things I’ve already known, I’ve share below for your reference:

 

In emotional huge fluctuation, no matter it is feeling happy, angry or sad, the most important thing is to calm down, however, it is the most difficult thing; at least, you can tell yourself: do not make any decision at this moment👉this is to protect yourself from being manipulated or be trapped.

 

Scenario: if people can do this, is it possible it can keep people away from being cheated for any internet investment pitfall or love fraud? Bless you.

 

The way to release the negative emotionto change your focus.

Eg: Go to eat a feast after all the complaint from you for something, go shopping! (Be careful about the cost! Hence….tell your friends or family, they may be happy to help you and give sponsor to you! 😁), be in a safe mode, do some big exercising for 50 minutes, have a big cry (your eyes may be swollen and look ugly after this), take a bath and go to sleep….

 

What else do you think people can do in this kind of situation?! Please share your thoughts!

 

[Note] Do not repeat the complaint; because, every time you speak, you are reciting them, just like our reading books for the exam, right?! Why do you need to remember those who make you feel not happy?! Does this make sense?

 

7.   Do not do bad things, it is not no karma, it is you don’t see it happening.

 

Cause and effect, law of attraction ( to [place] the order you want to the universe), in this kind of logic, it is the same as those science, believe it or not:

 

The rule of keep the universe going, it is, an object which sent out its energy, and in specific timing, the energy sent will be in a shape of form coming back to those object that sent them out in the beginning.

In religion, the specific timing is [when all the required things come together], some says it is [divine timing].

 

We are not really able to realize or see the good karma or bad karma being presented.

E.g.: The good karma for a good person, maybe, this good person is always safe though he/she is in a dangerous place. Being in peace and safety is an outcome, you cannot see what is protecting them, and thus, it is a misunderstanding that this person didn’t get his good karma.

Regarding the bad karma, you may think some people are lack of morality, they didn’t treat their employees well, on the contrary, they are always in a rich material life, you feel it is not fair; however, being able to have a wealthy life may be an outcome of their past life good deed, and, what you don’t see is this person cannot get what they want to fulfill their true desire, such as sincere friendship, family relationship or true love, or, a honest and sincere respect from others. Right?

 

Karma, it is arranged by the universe/God/Deity or Buddha. We don’t need to compare because we are not always able to see it.

Please do not do bad things, and consider chanting Budda’s name.

 

8.   It is a blessing not working in that company!


Regarding above 11th. in [Emily Says], it also describes my own experience. However, I only have its 90% evidence, not enough as 100%, so I separate this story from others as an independent paragraph.

A and B utilized their work power and convenience to force me to leave the company, and, many years later, I also encountered their stopping me in job changing work progress, how?! :

 

E.g.1.: I applied for a finance head role of a MNC cosmetics company, we’ve spent times for that interview arrangement, however, the General Manager, C, spent only 3 minutes in interviewing me and even, she didn’t have an eye contact to me in the whole situation. I only did self-introduction and asked a question about daily marketing activities that what is her expectation from the finance head in supporting the marketing activities?( usually, the General Manager role would talk about marketing expense budget control as the answer), but, C said: “ That is my and the Marketing Department’s job!” and closed the interview. I almost laughed, I thought the company was making a joke because C’s dressing style…it didn’t look like she is at work, and the office internal environment was in a mass and crowded, C didn’t look at me in the whole situation, I thought they were testing me something about pressure enduring, however, the contact person told me she is really the General Manager.

 

I found C’s profile in the internet, it seems that is another person, I also found something coincidence was C and B know each other. I feel B and C have discussed my profile before the interview!

Of course, I was not selected, but I feel blessed because: obviously, this MNC’s General Manager is not a wise person, I didn’t work with her so I can avoid a big risk of being judged without investigation the truth if we work together in an environment.

 

E.g.2.: There was an opportunity and the requirements match my work strengths very much, even the headhunting consultant felt weird about why I was not selected for their interview; later and indirectly, people told me the hiring company’s HR manager is A. My intuition told me, it was A not allowing me to talk.

I felt sad about this. After a short period, there was news reporting that this company was in a sluggish operating situation, the top management team members also happened something not so good, I felt A’s rejection to me is actually a blessing, I can be away from some kind of disaster, maybe, I need to thank her for her rejection! I think so. What’s your idea?!


9.   You will not really meet a team with empathy+self-confidence; please be cautious of your answer for their Q&A.

Leaving a job due to being treated unfairly, however, in work interview for changing jobs, I usually make it short to explain my change reason, it is majorly because I don’t want the hiring side changing their focus from me on it, it should be centered on whether my work style and capability can match what they need or not.

 

However, it seems like there are some hiring managers or recruiting leads have already possessed strong curiosity, they would like to know the detail about how I reacted of those things, and I got 3 kinds of attitude, that was, 3 kinds of people when telling them I would [keep reporting to the higher level managers]:

(1) Having empathy, they understand keep reporting to the higher level managers is the only one thing that people can do in that kind of situation; accordingly, they would also introduce their management style with confidence and say they would handle it fairly and in a transparent way, people don’t need to keep reporting to the Group level or Chairman, and, it can be solved by General Manager level at most.

(2) They disagree. In the communication, they will make you feel “You are a person who will do cross -level report, what I can do if I am reported by you?!; no further discussion is required from now.”

(3) Same as(1), after people are hired and things happen…….. 👉it becomes(2)😭😆😆😆😆😆.

 

Thus, in this kind of communication, please be cautious of your reaction.
