40 degree in
Celsius = 563.67 degree in Rankine =104 degree in Fahrenheit,

HR will be empty, everybody moves out to other departments!! 😆😆😆)

- Feeling warm in a work interview:It was when I attending a work interview for the Finance Head position of #Gucci Taiwan, now it is already a subsidiary of #Kering group, and at that moment, in my waiting period for their HR arriving the entrance, less than 10 minutes, there were 2 employees passing by the waiting area asking me:「Is there anyone helping you already? May I know who you are looking for? 」, right after they knew my situation, they felt 【released】 and said:「Oh! OK.」I felt 【Wow! How warm it is!😊】, it’s really unforgettable, especially their smile with kind open-arms gesture.😃
The arranged interview process was 1st. meeting Country Manager and 2nd.
Finance side interview.
After its 1st
procedure, I got a surprise again😍 the Country Manager said Good luck to me! 😊
Though, I didn’t work with
them finally, I do thank them giving me that precious interview experience and
positive shocking journey, and they were not HR. Thank them. Do you feel the same, or it’s me feeling
moved too easily?
- 【Should HR attitude be warm and comforting, right?】
In one of my former work company, the Sales Head, J, asking me this
question;he just went through a small fighting with our
HR Head, S, about J’s team management issue. I also heard S said 【That’s what policy said】, and J was
seeking for balanced solution for that, however, S was always in 【fighting attitude】 explaining all she has prepared and asking for
J changing his management accordingly. I can understand J’s feeling, S really
brought unpleasant attitude toward us, but I asked J first:「May I know what kind of attitude Finance should behave for?! And
what about Sales?!」
We looked at each other and laughed, and realized it’s internal service work attitude and team work spirit.
In various work environment has the same expectation on HR:interaction at workplace, generally speaking, besides employees’ direct
managers, employees would seek for help from HR about complaint, conflicts
mediator between labors and companies, and this is because people think one of
HR work strength is 【People Management】, just
like Finance’s is 【Money Management】, HR is
also expected to understand more of【How
People Feel】, then they are expected to behave comforting
and bring warmth in order to reduce work relationship conflicts accordingly, it
is like one of Sales’ work skill is understanding more of how the customers
would feel. Conversely, if HR can act like whatever they personally want, can
we say that HR is far away from their work profession? What’s your idea about
this opinion?
There is a real case:there was a
customer service department ( C.S )of a company, the C.S would blame on
customers, and when they “won” the case, they will tell everybody in the work
environment about this things and feel proud of it. Is this kind of C.S far
from work profession and lack of fundamental professional work knowledge?
To manage how other feel, do you agree C.S work purpose is for customers
and HR is for employees?
- However, how warm is warm, what is the temperature? How to speak is more comforting? Do you think it’s very difficult to define?! The work scope is too big! 😓

I want to replace the
question to answer:In HR work role and responsibilities, how to
support our company to be the ideal one of our employees? What is the goal?
My answer for my question:Assist
the company to become a firm that even resigned employees would like to send
blessings and affirmations to.
In practical side:Networks of current and resigned employees are
potential customers, suppliers, work partners and future employees to the
company.
In spiritual side:Belief creates energy, it includes blessing and
affirming and vice versa, it depends on what the company has created and what
energy it wants to have.
In the goal of 【becoming a company that even the resigned
employees would like to send blessings and affirmations to】, HR plays the advocator role, and they need to design
and perform a series of action plan to help internal employees, managers and
the business owner to go for achieving it, thus, it will lead to
attitude changes, becoming warmer, more friendly and caring etc. This
conclusion came from my discussion with our HR team. And what’s your idea? Please
