如標題，這是Linkedin上的網友在台灣Telegram［Career x Network 交流區］提出相關的議題。我認為，如果您的嗜好、興趣、非職場直接相關專長對於您職場表現是有正面影響的話，不妨描述於履歷表中，是有可能提高得到面談機會的機率的，但也別忘考量隨著工作資歷成長而重新檢視是否還需要描述這類的訊息。
我曾經因為［國際標準舞］的嗜好而得到面試機會，也曾因為求職者熱愛［馬拉松］而邀請他來面談。
在台灣人力銀行網站初創時期，網站上的履歷表格式其中一欄就是提示求職者填入［嗜好/興趣］。大學剛畢業的我，填入了［國際標準舞］，那是我在學校熱衷的社團活動；在一次求職［會計人員］面談中，面試主管詢問我學習［國際標準舞］的原因，我回答［提升人際互動能力］之類的想法，對方則表示，［目前公司會計部太沉悶，我們覺得會跳國際標準舞的人，個性可能比較活潑、有協調性，希望有這樣特質的人來帶動部門工作氣氛；您剛剛的表現跟我們想的一樣］。當時我覺得很意外、也很有趣，更學習到這位主管觀察細微，也很感謝這間公司最後願意雇用我，印象深刻。目前，雖然已經投入職場多年，也累積了工作資歷，履歷表上我已以［工作成就］取代［嗜好］，但仍希望分享這類資訊及經驗，供大家多方參考。
在我兼任人資招募工作時，曾經看到求職者在休閒興趣註明［慢跑與馬拉松］之類的愛好，並條列他的成就以及［提升體力耐力］的目的，我覺得這部分資訊很吸睛，可惜他的工作專長不太符合公司需求，跟用人主管討論之後，我們覺得他是一位對愛好有高度熱情，而且會全力投入的人，於是我們決定先提供電話訪談，希望了解他對這份工作的熱情及喜好程度如何，以及日後如何盡速補足專業上的不足。
假設重新來過，假設我是應屆畢業求職者，而且擁有上述嗜好，我會註明在履歷表上：
［國際標準舞］，提升團隊互動與溝通協調能力(同組、默契培養)、學習陌生人際應對能力(交換舞伴)。
［慢跑與馬拉松］，不斷精進耐力與專注力。
