Paragraghs
There are 10 sections, below is its 7.~10. in this article:

day you’re going to an interview, you are the sun!

cautious and nervous?

required”?!
10. Things we
need to remember no matter what happens.
What else do you
want to know?!
Sharing Experience
7.No matter how
the weather is on the day you’re going to an interview, you are the sun!
Be confident with no arrogance. Being firm and
steady, not feeling heavy. Or, what kind of person you would like to interact
with, then, to behave like that. It seems, we need to do it in our daily life,
right?! To become a person we like.
8. The difference between being cautious and nervous?
In your work
interview, if one of them appears, it means, you value a lot on the interview
this time, the major difference between two of them is when you feel nervous,
what you speak cannot catch up with what you think but you are not aware of
this situation. If you know you will feel nervous, I would like to share with
you the way I’ve learned to deal with it: bring something spherical like fruit
or a baseball with you and to arrive that place for meeting a little earlier, and
to reduce your anxiety, in your waiting time, doing one hand throwing and the
other hand catching the thing you bring in between your two hands. It’s for
your reference.
9.To stop the interview when required. But, when is “when
required”?!
(1) When you feel
dangerous or not being respected.
Do we need to
explain this>! 😊 Everyone knows we need to respect each other in interacting, not to mention a
company not respecting you when you’re not an employee yet and what they will
do after you join them?!
It’s up to you.
For example: You
are encountering oral harassment, the interviewer tend to meet you as meeting
for a blind date, or, force you to answer something personal or related to
privacy.
(2) The company is
doing promoting their products to you or hoping you to pay for something.
(3) Forcibly
requesting information or things from you without any reason.
(4) Not on time +
waiting time exceeds the limit of general tolerance.
What else?!
10.Things we need
to remember no matter what happens: showing gratitude to the company, their
people, the time they spent and the opportunity they were talking about for
you, and, attend the interview sincerely.
Question: I didn’t get hired, why I need to
thank them?!
Answer: Before the
interview, the companies have spent time in reviewing your resume.
After the interview: Show gratitude and
cherish the opportunity of meeting each other; it is too late and needs to wait
for the right timing to send a thank you email to interviewers after leaving
the meeting, why not thank them face to face immediately after interview is
completed; finally, thank ourselves, especially for all the efforts we’ve made
to ourselves.
All these things will bring you
experience which is meaningful and useful for your future.
The last advice I
would like to suggest earlier:
You are an adult
already, only you can decide how to behave.
What to do after
an interview?! Besides doing required improvements or taking notes, we need to
forget about it and start to prepare for the next one until we get hiring
notice from a specific company, once we pass the interview we will get the
notice accordingly.
