In this paragraph, I would like to share those role model companies in my mind about their customer service response, even though there are negative issues or asking questions out of curiosity, these companies always give prompt relies, people can feel they are also tracking the work progress (If I don’t mention some companies, it means I forget about them or recently I didn’t have interaction with them or I didn’t get much impression…)which is the role model company of customer service response in your mind?!

You ask questions to the suppliers you purchased products from, and which kind of feedback you hope could get

Below lists the [platforms they use for interacting]/[company name](sort at will, I didn’t follow any rule, I list it when it came into my mind):

-     Phone: Chunghwa Telecom/ Samsung/ ABN AMRO Bank(ABN)/Shanghai Commercial and Saving Bank(SCSB)/Shin Kong Bank

It was an interesting thing that: in ancient times, I was just involved in retailing business company, they offered beneficial business activity of interest-free credit card installment service to customers, I didn’t know how to clarify and define the received amount between banks and the company, and due to my curiosity, I wrote to

ABN, SCSB; I felt myself doing a weird thing, and I didn’t expect the Banks will reply, and unexpectedly, I got their email and calls. I also consulted to my colleagues and got the answers, I know I asked he Banks wrong questions; regardless of the reasons the banks’ response to my work questions, I feel very grateful to them and it was a valuable experience.

-     Email: Nestle

In #128[#BusinessManagement #Marketing #Commercial] I'm a consumer, also a couch potato, I don't remember your commercials! I’ve said Nestle is a good company; my family and I love Nestle coffee, I asked questions because I had big curiosity about the origin they listed on the bottle, there was big gap in between my understanding, I left a message on the Nestle official website, and, within 24 hours, I got their feedback, I felt it efficient and safe. The way and work speed a company responding their customer stands for the company’s attitude toward facing problems, do you agree with it?!

For Nestle, I am one of their many customers only…, to sum up, I remember, they gave me a detailed response, I was satisfied with it; though, there was only wording, the consumer is able to feel their attitude. Do you agree?!


-     Facebook: Kimberly-Clark/ Aloha Bus(currently, business on hold)/ PxMart

To compare with above 24 hours, these companies, their response on  Facebook platform, I would say it is [immediately]; it is a pity, Aloha Bus business now is on hold, their customer service clerks of their work locations and on the internet, I feel they are very professional, kind attitude and work efficiently.

-     X: Philips

 

On X social media platform, I accidentally found Philips company is using their customers’ languages doing customer service response, and, regarding those various kinds of questions, this company will create number for all the questions asked and proactively interact with those people who are asking questions about their work progress, they are detailed oriented; this is the most detailed response I have observed on social media platforms so far, and I deeply admire and respect it. Have you noticed it too? Which other company you know is also doing this way? Please share. Thank you!

I just clicked to view the response from LinkedIn about my question, then, immediately, I learn about account verification knowledge and that is new to me, though, I don’t really understand how to use it, it is a gain to me; many years ago I was said a terrorist and that person spread this rumor everywhere on the platform, the root cause was I didn’t comment above the content I reposted under my main page, and that person didn’t feel comfortable about that. After I reported this person, her comments were [ immediately ] deleted.

And, to me, in this time LinkedIn’s response to me, it just confirms my saying about my cellphone, SIM card and computer were hacked. Please everyone be careful

I don’t know these two companies’ idea, it is only for your reference, if you/your company receive this kind of question, will you provide formal reply? How soon? How you will deal with it is more properly?!

On the contrary, if you encounter my situation, how you see things or how you will deal with these companies?!

 

If we assume this blog is a company, sometimes, when I received questions or greeting on social media platforms or in my email box, I also chose not to respond; my concerns are:

-     They match my defined requirements of scam emails or accounts

-     I know they are acquaintance/former colleagues and managers pretending they are strangers

-     Business promoting email

-     I feel something weird

 

What’s your concern?!

 

Back to the topic: What should be included in ideal response? Why?

 

I divide this issue into two dimensions: from the company's perspective and from the questioner's perspective; these two are not necessarily the same. Their processing costs are different, so do their social responsibilities. If the asking the question side or responding side is an individual, this person doesn’t necessarily have to consider social responsibility; on the contrary, whether it is a company or an individual, they must consider integrity👈Do you agree?!

From the company's perspective, I suggest it must consider [processing cost], however, we need to define it as later priority; it is majorly because when we are defining responding rule, the company won’t 100% know how many work aspects and the depth would be involved, and they don’t know the processing time. A brand image would attract customers’ purchasing intention and spiritual support, however, the sources of customer purchasing intention and spiritual support is OOO? I define OOO=From inside out integrity, the scope of meaning of this noun is broad, customers support the company is because they are reliable and responsible brand, do you agree?! Otherwise, what they are supporting?!

From inside out means, when dealing with concerns or doubts from others(no matter who they are; and, people making things more difficult are not considered in this discussion, because the “difficulties’ differ from people ), we need to [do response properly] at [appropriate timing].

Appropriate timing=timely response +inform possible processing time and methods accordingly; for example: when people leave message on website (any kind of situation, or better ways you can imagine)

 

Auto response machine =respond immediately

Do response properly =Let questioners know how you will deal with it, timing, other kind of choice they can have…etc.

 

“ Thank you for email, within 5 working days, we will arrange a customer service clerk to contact you; you can also call OOO-OOO-OOO  our company’s telephone customer service will help you! ”

 

In Taiwan, there are many companies dealing with it in this way; do you agree with it?!

 

There is an extended issue that some companies would ask the questioners to provide additional personal information besides the phone number or email address (such as: home address, ID number, and these are defined as required), it depends on the companies’ consideration and purposes, I’m not quite sure about the root causes; some of those columns make me want to give up asking questions👈Maybe, it is also a way to deal with questions asked, what’s your idea?!

All is to follow the companies’ purpose! For your reference.

 

👉Does your company include the image of [our company values morals and integrity] in the procedures of dealing with responding questions?!

For example:

-     Take all the questions seriously.

-     Respond sincerely.

-     Consistency in the spirit of equality; In recruiting advertisement, the companies say they don’t treat people differently based on the difference of the race, gender…etc. any personal identity status, therefore, companies possess morals and integrity 👉in their responding questions, should they answer and deal with things with equality spirit?

How your company do this?! Especially [the spirit of equality]...

 

from the questioner's perspective, though, above examples explain greatly, however, not all the consumers or questioners are good at using internet, computers or cellphones; do you agree?!

Relatively: in a conservative approach, using internet, computers or cellphones, as a questioner, it is the best way to [keep the records of asking questions]. Hence, as a whole, I would say the expectation of the questioners is:

 

Get a quick response and resolve problems quickly.👈That’s all!

Accordingly, if you are waiting for some kind of response, below are my suggestions to you for reference:

(1) Please keep in mind, after you know this, do not treat others in this way:

In psychological research, it says, in people interaction: purposely not to respond, and it can keep the questioners continuously investing attention. This is my lesson learned from my interacting with former managers and colleagues of one company I worked for before, I know their true face accordingly; after I left its work environment, I kept good friendship with them and talking via chat app with former managers and peers, in the overall situation, I felt they intentionally [not responding to me] and trying to know my reaction, they wanted me to [heavily attach to them]👈I figured out this situation after knowing the psychology information, finally, I blocked all of them! Believe it or not, this company is the one that paid detective agents following me, spreading virus crossing boundaries of my cellphones and computers, it has caused big anxiety and pain to me and my family (it is surely the detective firms won’t report back to the company know the pain they have caused! This is what I’ve realized!)

I don’t know why they are doing this to me, I only know the image of social responsibility they provide to the public is fake. I hope they don’t hurt anyone else in the future.

 

 

2024/7/21 my awakening:

I expect myself this is the last time I talk about this company/group doing this kind of thing!

I asked myself, if possible, what Buddha would like to tell me?!

Buddha may ask:You've been thinking about it, getting angry, is it worth it?!

I said this before: it’s like a computer, its memory is limited, people need to focus on things good to themselves; also, people need to have self- awareness so they can improve themselves. Hence, those who love to cross boundaries to watch others cellphones and computers, if they have no self-awareness, I can’t do or help nothing no matter how much I’ve said, just let them!

 

People need to take the karma of the things they’ve caused.

 

(2) In the period of waiting for response, I suggest, just like above what I’ve done, people need to keep focusing on themselves; you can define your own reminder, an reminder as only when it has been N days, you need to do the follow up work.... Besides those intentionally not to give response, it is possible: below is my experience

-    They didn’t receive your message.

-    You’ve defined a deadline of response, people will follow it, so, they won’t give other explanation until the deadline.( one of my former colleague answering me: Emily, I remember you said we only need to give you that document by OOO?! Time has not come, yet! What you want me to say?! )

 

 

7.[Questions/responses] are not [numbered], it is because people don’t know [the value of questions], right?! Ah, what’s the value?!

 

(1)          Completeness: In internal control(=management) point of view, forms (or events) serial or categorical numbering, in some aspects, it is to ensure their completeness; for example: in number generated from today, 2024/7/15, we can know, there are 100 questions, and, in the future, we can track back and know their case closing work progress, it should be [at least] 100 number for cases closed at the end. [At least] means, in analysis all the questions, among those asked 100, they may involve kinds of issues, and each has its own rule to define the number for questions/issue…therefore, serial numbering can ensure the completeness of closing all the cases with no omission. Relatively, there are many channels to receive questions, including customer service department, sales, moreover, all the employees are possible; as a result, do you think the company need to maintain a work culture of [accepting suggestion from places] in order to solve all possible unsolved problems? And, finally, it can use thing similar to BRM shared in this article[#BusinessManagement] #Startup, #Authorization,#Budgeting, #Forecasting, #InternalControl, #Project, #Change, #Integration


do you agree they can use it for review and improvement?!

What’s your idea?!

(2)          The value of questions asked = there are opportunities the companies (questions collectros)are able to know issues they’ve never thought before, those are similar to things the market need, they may become the opportunities of new products development.

There are companies of industries would figure out the [unmet need of customers] by questionnaires or market research firms collecting information support for their reference of products development, and in fact, to gather and analyze questions asked by customers is also a way of market research, do you agree with this idea?! However, due to work costs issue, in some companies, their related work SOP would consider [not] to include questions asked from people who are using their very old model products/equipment for new products development, they think it may be less value of it👈in my point of view: actually, the companies/suppliers/you don’t know what kind of questions those very old products users would ask , I suggest you [not] to define products model [old or new] as the [filter] of dealing with [questions categories]; for example: take cellphone as the example, a consumer is using your produced cellphone and the model is 10 years ago, and, this user now encounter some kind of cellphone virus problems, and, your newest cellphone is not necessarily able to deal with it! Right?!


(3)          Catch the opportunity of customers initiating the contact to do products promoting, opinions investigating/collecting, and [completing customers profiles] = they won't reject the call! It's a very good opportunity! Do you agree?!

Here's my recent past experience with phone customer service and I would like to share my thoughts:

-      Promoting, it is not forcing; forcing people to buy is always make us not happy, do you agree?! There are seasonal or specific period of products or service promoting programs of kinds of companies, I suggest you to consider the timing your customers contacting you as one of the opportunities of your promoting. Furthermore, those questions you would like to ask are predefined, you will find out, sometimes, your promoting purpose is not to [achieve the sales] but to [make your customers want to know your products+reply] things you /your companies hope could know. 👈What’s your idea?!

-      If, the moment you are answering the calls from customers, however, you cannot solve their problems, in this situation, I suggest not to promote things of higher sales price, or, new products your customers don’t really know about. 👈If you would like to consider how the customers would feel, you will know all the reason behind this suggestion. Bless you!

-      [Completing customers’ profiles], this suggestion is for those companies who are implementing customer service data bank. Including my previous work experience, when companies are implementing CRM system or conducting similar research and analysis, they found customer information is not complete. At that time, some companies would adopt encouragement to invite their customers to visit companies’ website to fill some forms + they provide gifts for these visitors, and another kind of companies, their sales clerks or (phone) customer service specialists would invite or passively collect what their companies need from customers. These methods are for your reference.

 

8.A letter to the government organizations, telecom, cellphones and computer companies.

 

Purpose of this paragraph: to ensure and protect personal safety and data security.

In the beginning of year 2024 until July, in my articles, I always described the situation of my being stalking, my cellphones and computers being hacked etc. After asking for helps from police and friends, I still have qualm about my internet security: I feel I cannot reach the governments organization’s websites, the web addresses are fake; finally, 2024/6/30 I sought for help from a media company, and in this paragraph, I would like to share my letter to this company saying the security issues about SIM cards, cellphone and computers, my purpose is to remind people of following things:

 

-     For readers who have been in a similar situation, your personal information may have been leaked, so please to ensure and protect all aspects of your own security.

-     The methods of completeness and immediacy by all government organizations at all levels to protect people.

-     Products safety protective measures of telecom, mobile phones, computers manufacturers.

-     The general public and consumers must be informed/advocated for sufficient information to protect their own safety, so as to reduce the operational burden of government organizations and various kinds of manufacturers.

 

I hope readers can properly convey information in this paragraph to your local manufacturers and government organizations to ensure everyone's personal + data security. Thank you!

 

 

(1)Letter to the governments organizations(this is the content I asked for media company’s help to give to the governments)

 

 

Subject: Hope to utilize the power of media to reinforce people’s understanding of life safety and its protection mechanism

 

Dear OOO News Media Company;

 

This is Emily Huang,

 

I’m the author of Whatsyouridea1996 blog, and I’m also a citizen of Taipei City; besides the subject of this letter, the purpose and reason of this content is expecting to have your help to transfer it to Taipei City Government related work units in order to have their formal response; and, if some of the work scopes and responsibility belong to Central Government, because I’m the Taipei City citizen, I also hope Taipei City Government will help to get response from it accordingly.

 

Main reasons(background of situation)

(1)     I personally have been experiencing stalking (physical and online) and unauthorized accessing to files on my cellphone and computer for nearly six months, yesterday (2024/6/29 around 9:30~10:30a.m.), when I was working on the computer in the library in Taipei City OO District Administration Building, I was convinced that when I operated the computer as me (library card with my ID number), the original operation status was normal, but later, it changed to the situation where I could not correctly access the Taipei City Government Mayor's mailbox web address or websites of relevant bureaus, police-related websites, etc.

(2)     2024/2~2024/6 after reporting to the policy(OOO police station house), and 2024/6 consulted to telecom companies (OOO, its JianGuo North Branch and SynTrend Service Center), there are big difference between all the response I got and my understanding.

(3)     I think my situation may happen to many people, however, above (2) police and telecom companies issues may also result from the restricted legal regulations or their service training environment, or other reasons causing not appropriate to explain to me, therefore, the response provided did not meet the expectations of the people; more than that, their responses were like "pushing those problems back to the victims to handle on their own". This is how I feel.

(4)     Due to (2) and (3), this letter is sending to the media and governments organizations to express [my case has reflected a situation that people life safety is threaten, and I hope the governments organization will pay attention to it and take required actions to deal with it and prevent it from happening in a timely manner, and, to give formal response].

(5)     If there is some kind of detected findings, I also hope I’ll be informed about related involved persons have already taken legal responsibilities; if it involves people I know, I also hope I’ll know this detailed information from response from governments organizations.

 

Below lists my explanation and opinion, I’ll share this content in my blog later (the name of police office station and telecom company won’t be revealed); The date of my publication depends on your willingness to assist. I look forward to receiving your response via email or cellphone by July 2, 2024. Thank you very much.

At this moment, I’m not sure whether you will receive this letter; or, maybe, there are people can access and I’m not aware of it.

 

My explanation and opinion

Response from the Telecom company: It is not possible there is virus in cellphone SIM card. (and police officers have given the same opinion)

A.   These two days, I’ve got information on internet that it is possible hackers would attack SIM card, the virus is called black cat, and the news was published in year 2018.

B.  The cellphone number I provided in this letter, on 2024/6/26, I went to OOO service center to have a new sim card, the clerk told me the old card will be made invalid immediately.

2024/6/28 , when I was checking these new and old sim cards, I found:

 

The new card, it was valid since 2024/6/26, however, the record of calls kept in it was from 2024/6/24, it was from the police OOO station, the phone number is 02XXXXXXXX, and on 2024/6/26 , there were two, one was asking for callback, and the other was mattress cleaning firm (0961, 0908), and 2024/6/27 was a text message from the police for my report

 

The old card, invalid on 2024/6/26 but containing record of a call on 2024/6/27 it was from OOO police office.

This record was not from my cellphone, because my phone didn’t keep the name of the wording [OOO police office], we can know this because my new sim card doesn’t contain [OOO police office], a name or not depends on sim card situation, rather than cellphone record.

 

The manufacturer of my cellphone is OOO, in this period, I’ve gone to OOO SynTrend Service Center for 3 times, OOO said there is no problem in my cellphone, and I’ve already making times of resetting it, however, above situation happened right after I reset the phone. My computer has also been replaced, however, in my cellphone and computer both appear words I’m not familiar with (including current moment): they are Korean news, simplified Chinese, Japanese and those I don’t know.

 

My opinion and expectation: I hope the government organization could tall people/formally

a. In any kind of situation, is it possible cellphone SIM card would be input virus?

b. Which government organization is responsible for SIM card security knowledge advocating? Where can we/people know it?!

c.If answer for a. is YES: it is possible the card would get virus, then why the giant telecom company and police told people [it is impossible]?

 

(1) As description about my encountering in (1) in page 1, I reported the situation to police, including people stalking, my computer and cellphone being unauthorized accessed, those response the police given to me was like [pushing me (victims) back to/exposed in danger], or, it was similar to [victims need to deal with it or collect evidence by themselves], it’s very bad for people who are experiencing this kind of situation, and, the way the police told to report in text message, in fact, I cannot understand it.

 

A.2024/6/20 I went to the police office reporting being stalking, in that period, police told I can use text message to report, the number is: XXXX-XXX-XXX; in the beginning, I thought it is like a call center number, the only one number for all people living in this country, so I checked on internet and hope could know the recipient unit, and it always appeared aoyuan City Government, I thought it was because at those days Taoyuan Government was doing advocating; 2024/6/29 when I working on the computer in the library checking the same thing, it showed there is an announcement in [National Police Agency, Ministry of Interior] showing all the text report cellphone numbers of all the cities in this country, as for Taipei citizen, I need to send this text through this number XXXX-XXX-XXX, in my equipment, I cannot get this message containing in [National Police Agency, Ministry of Interior] website.

 

My opinion and expectation: I hope could get the response

a. I hope could know why [Taipei City Police Office] provide text message report phone number of Taoyuan City?

 

a.The place of the case reported: OO Park in Taipei City, and the reported situation all happened in Taipei City

b. Though, the phone number given to me belongs to Taoyuan City Police Office, then, why Taipei City Police Officer called back to me?!

c. As a Taipei City citizen reporting to police for help, when to use XXXX-XXX-XXX/Taipei City, when to call XXXX-XXX-XXX/Taoyuan City?!

d. I used my cellphone doing searching on internet, and I cannot find [the list of text message phone number announced by National Police Agency, Ministry of Interior], does it prove cellphone sim card is possible hacked and controlled by others?!

 

B. Due to A., I used the text message phone number to report stalking by cars following me (this is my first time using text message report, before this, the police didn’t know and has not asked my cellphone number), accordingly, the police immediately called back and asked what kind of help I need. However, regarding the text messge report, the police service scope listed in the National Police Agency, Ministry of Interior including the hearing impaired.

 

My opinion and expectation:

a. I hope could know the (information people are allowed to know) about police officers work SOP once they receive text message report; my purpose is self protection, before the police dealing with it, I can protect and react by myself in any situation.

b. I hope could know the way police officers identify when to call back or go to the reported place immediately.

c. Because a and b, there are kinds of cases and kinds of people (different knowledge background, have/have no cellphone, different life experience); I hope could know in police officers work SOP or in law, the police should deal with things immediately, provide choices of actions for people, or, similar to my case: the police officer asked me how they can help me?! ( I or other people are not necessary have report to police experience or experience of dealing with police related cases, we don’t know how and what police can help; major purpose of people who report to police for help is surely to remove ourselves from danger, fear or threat)

What if the reporter is elementary school students or the deaf and mute, or, those who are not good at expressing idea, how they can react the police asking questions instead?!

 

(2) Below is the procedures I reported to police and polices’ response; in my idea, the way police responding to me is quite different from those I’ve learned from advocating in TV or when I was a student the government was advocating related knowledge for our own protection. I hope thereis clarification:

 

A.      The person who report, if this person has been stalking for days by many people, and this person’s computer data has been accessed when this person is sleeping; the police is always asking [have you encountered loss something?], and finally, the reported case was not accepted to deal with.

My confusion: people who being stalking would feel fearful or anxious, and, data stored in computer but being accessed is a harm to personal privacy. For days, I’ve not figured out the police’s question.

I hope could know: how to assess the loss of computer data being unauthorized accessed? (because we don’t know who accessed it and why?!)

 

B.      Police told: it won’t cause any loss if ID documents data being accessed.

My confusion: people can request for loan by using ID documents and request for creating digital bank accounts.

I hope could know: Other governments organizations’ opinion about the appropriateness of the police’s feedback.

 

C.On 6/19, I met a stalker alone in the elevator in the Administrative Building of OOO District, the police didn’t say they will access and check the monitor of it, because a.my reported followers are too many, cannot investigate, b. they hope the reporter( I ) could use my cellphone to take their pictures or video recording as evidence, it is also dangerous, it pushes reporters back to danger.

 

I hope could know: how reporter can do if they are not able to buy cellphones, or, because of any reasons, they cannot collect evidence, does it mean the police cannot deal with it accordingly?

(For example: people (or the old) who live alone, people who are always dare not to talk, the homeless, the underage etc., how they can protect themselves?!)

(For example: if the police doesn’t deal with this kind of case, and the people who being followed finally disappear or being harmed, who will know it? And, what to deal with it?!)

 

D. When report, the police didn’t create the so called Triplicate Sheet; police said, only when it is [criminal case] they will create it.

a. I hope could know the [internal control] issue: [Forms in consecutive number] is to control its [completeness of information record]; the police will create Triplicate Sheet only when the reported is criminal case, then, how they know the volume of [total reported cases]? How many are not closed? And how many [have] not been dealt with]?

b. I used the police online case report website and attached the record of my computer being hacked; on 2024/6/27, I received a call from a female police officer for detailed discussion and written our record, I told, there are some other records and I’ve requested for help from Microsoft company, as for other required work by police, please follow their SOP.

I feel what the police did after the call was not appropriate:

i. The female police officer told me, police officers cannot deal with internet related cases; so I asked to know the responsible department, this female police officer cannot share accurate information instead.

I hope could know why the police officer cannot deal with this kind of cases, and why they have no work responsibility to help to [resubmit] to the right work unit?!

I hope could know the police work SOP.

ii. Below letter was case close notice from the police; its description is not aligned with what I’ve told. I hope could know the reason.

iii. In communication on the phone, the female police officer said, it may cost more if I go to seek for help from my cellphone original supplier, she advised I get help from non-original manufacturer. I think this advice go to the opposite direction with what I’ve known about the police’s work profession. I hope could know this situation is the only one case, or, in fact, the police officers recognize it is required to seek for help from non -original suppliers sometimes?!

In this letter, regarding above the work scope of cases the police needs to deal with, below is my idea for your reference: in this female police officer’s response, in internet issues, the police cannot handle it, however, internet boundaries being hacked is like the door lock be destroyed and the house is invaded; we all know that is the police officer assisting us to investigate, right? And now, in this internet case, why it belongs to another work unit’s job?

For your reference.



(2)I suggest telecom, cellphone and computer companies to consider below issues


A.            In above letter, the telecom service clerk told consumers SIM cards won’t be hacked, and in fact, it is possible. Now I would like to consult to you about an internal control issue accordingly:

 

In your company, how to [avoid] your service clerks of all branches or stores from [accepting asking from relatives or friends] or [accepting bribes] and to provide inaccurate information to end users?

 

[The possibility of below situation is not 0%:

Former employer knows all the personal information of one of its former employee(E, who is stalking by the company), thus, this company gives those info to private investigator firms for doing checking; this firm is using internet technology skill to implement virus on E’s cellphone SIM card for illegally collect E’s personal information, detecting the communication and knows E is going to the store OOO of telecom company for asking for help, therefore, earlier than E’s arrival, this investigator firm bribed the OOO store or pretended to be a clerk in advance, the purpose is to tell E that the SIM card would not be hacked when E arrived, so that it could continue to eavesdrop on E's information or related uses in the future. ]

 

B.            If a cellphone receives a sales call, it is a precursor to spreading the SIM card virus, then, how should consumers prevent, know, or deal with it?

C.           The consumer paid telecom cellular data network is automatically switched on+ unknown software is actively downloaded, what the consumers can do? How to prevent this from happening?!

D.           Cellphones manufacturers/customer service counter should have the ability to identify software that is originally installed by its manufacturers, or they can provide consumers with a list of software that is originally installed by the original manufacturers to identify unknown software mentioned in C, so as to know that the software was not downloaded by consumers/phone users.

I think the best situation is: in cellphone, there is a list for the [downloaded program+system program] , the list is like a data folder of a computer, it will show: file name, date of latest download/time, version number, name of developer, size. At least, the date of latest download/time can allow phone users knowing it is download by themselves or hackers.

 

E.            Due to situation in D, the names of some software are counterfeited to the original software’s names, similar to twins with the same name, and they appear as [agent program] wording, it is confusing.

F. I know my cellphone and computer are under surveillance (It suddenly lights up the screen, the font size becomes larger, it slows down the key board working speed, and the TV of the same brand, its status is like the monitor switched to shows a zoom-in image of situation.), what I should do?! How to prevent?! Especially when A is also considered at the same time.

Therefore, the mirror reflection situation of the cellphone or computer screen, is it possible used to copy the phone users’ or computer users’ face, eyes or any facial features for recognizing?

The screen is under surveillance; thus, it is not safe when we define or redefine our password and it will show what we are inputting.

G.           The size of the app stored in cellphone suddenly become very big (facebook, LinkedIn, Line, YouTube, X) and at the same time, cellphone overheating, working slow; I need to go to and click the [remove data] to solve it, however, it is temporarily solved, [virus] will be downloaded later.

H.           It may not solve the problems of cellphones or computers if we always use the method of default setting: in my experience, after I bought a cellphone, there is always 4 steps to define the passwords 1👉2👉3👉4, I feel it is hacked because when I change my way of defining it from [passwords] to [finger print+passwords] for protecting, when restarting, the setting procedures become 5 steps 0👉1👉2👉3👉4 , 0 is asked to input my  [finger print+passwords], however, it has never asked what I’ve defined in its very beginning work step.

I.      In above all the items, it is like there is a person beside me watching my password setting, though there is [two steps verification], the cellphone number and email account passwords are also stolen. What I can do for this?!

J.   The input information to computer or cellphone will be stolen, because, the virus was implemented on keyboard; accordingly, when I used old keyboard in new computer, I found it works very slow, when I use new keyboard, it becomes normal again.

K.            The implemented information about the impact of removing cellphones software is not true, it may lead to cellphone users to miss the opportunity to remove abnormal software: [Removing this software will affect system operation or make it unusable]👈actually, it won’t.

L.  In cellphones, there are some apps have [been already allowed to change the system setting]; therefore, is it the cellphone users to decide to allow these apps to [change or not]? How to decide? Do all the cellphone users possess enough knowledge to make proper decision?

M.          Just like L, there is the same issue in computer setting; however, people of the same professional and knowledge background as Emily have less technical skill and knowledge background, thus, we cannot understand [the meaning of allowing system change or not].

N.           In cellphones, there are many kinds of software, and in the serial number of their [version], they [suddenly and at the same time] show [version 9] or they show weird number at the same time, for example: it appears in English “release” or a number with many digits, how this cellphone user need to deal with it?!

O.           How to decide we need to allow the apps to have access rights for [location], [microphone]…or not? What is the impact? How to do in order not to be stalked or tapping?!

P.            Cellphones or computers users may not know there are virus in their equipment, they don’t know the results of the government organization official website address they are seeking for are fake, thus, how to prevent this from happening, or, how to know this is happening?!

Q.           An individual has registered a Google account, a LinkedIn account, however, in this persons’ Google page of listing 3rd party link, it contains a LinkedIn and Business; what to deal with this situation?!

R.           Please be reminded that: if you are sure you are inputting the right passwords for using your computer or cellphone, however, the screen shows your input result is wrong, and it needs you to input again; in this situation, there may be already people stealing your passwords.

 

 

9.Buddha said, don’t do bad things, turn your head back and you will see the shore.

 

The purpose of this paragraph: I hope all of personal information and created works are completely protected well; I also hope everyone not to do bad things, turn your head back and you will see the shore. In this paragraph, I would like to utilize about shared my personal encountering detail to analyze and know the purpose of those people doing those things to me, it includes to remind you of similar situation in your daily life, I hope you will stay alert, trust your own judgment, and protect your own safety.西西

 

(1)   In internet job bank websites, there may be private investigator firms as the jobs advertisers, however, the purpose of their advertising is to collect specific person’s personal information for their investigation to serve their specific clients.

(2)   Competitors of content creators, or, people who see you as a competitor in any aspect may become stalkers to cross your boundaries and access your privacy, your creativity and your works.

(3)   Because of (2), and, the technology tools are innovated and improving every day, those movies you are watching in TV or YouTube videos or content…etc., they may be created just for terrifying you, they want to use some content or news to mislead you to dislike something, but all that are not true, their purpose is they want to make you give up something. 👈Hence, you may have been their strong competitor, however, you don’t know you are.

Please you must trust your own logic and judgement, have self -confidence; although, it is general tarot reading on YouTube channels, people may technically lead you to watch specific readings, the purpose is to make you believe some situation which is not existing, or, they want you to feel hopeless/prediction in the videos is not happening and making you continuously feeling depressed and disappointed.

 

By the way: Regarding above paragraph 3 mentioning about Mr. T, I feel there are people intentionally making YouTube video about his past love life and leading me to watch it, however, in this kind of thing, I prefer listening to people saying by themselves, and, if they don’t want to talk, they don’t need to. The major reason is I hope no one is spending time making this kind of video.

What’s your idea?

(4)   Similar to (3), you may find some video containing ghost image/advertising/photo on internet, or, in your living surrounding, it appears something scary or occasion that people may hope could avoid, for example: Taiwan traditional coffin and funerial procedure. My advice is: we need to respect others, including Deity, Buddha, people, and the dead and ghost, don’t sell your soul, if you encounter something scares you, you can pray Buddha’s name or the Deity’s name you’re believing in, or, you can pray Golden Light Deity Spell.



When I was a junior high school student, there was a civics teacher and I remember what he said makes sense: people doing things need to make sense no matter who they are, therefore, this teacher is not afraid of ghost; he said, he didn’t hurt them, so, the ghost has no right to hurt him!

What do you think?!

In my point of view, ghost also has karma, so, in religious stories, ghost who has done good deed, help people and do good things, some will become deities or Buddhas, it is like our studying and accumulating credits and being allocated or assigned to suitable advanced school according to credits earned (reincarnation…etc.) Do you think my idea is logical? Just for your reference.

2024/7/28 I just watched a TV program, it reminded me of a specific Taiwan traditional religious saying [ghosts seeking for replacement], and it usually happens at places where people say it is dangerous or mysterious and advise us not to go there; maybe, going there is a kind of bothering those invisible spirits living there, or it is a sincere warning, accordingly, if we respect this saying and bother no one, we are safe. Do you agree?! If you won’t go there and others saying you are a coward 👈 I suggest you just not to go there, ignore what they say( so what?! ).

(5) Believe it or not: if you have [evil] intention, you want to use your internet work skill to manipulate me/others to control the way we seeing people and things, you want me/others to lose those belong to us, finally, it is not only yourself get your evil result, you also lose faith of believing yourself! Do you want to become this kind of person?!

I’m not giving advice; I hope at the end, you won’t say you don’t know this, you won’t complain why there is no one telling this to you.

(6)   By the way: if you are interested, I suggest you to read/understand [The Sutra of the Past Original Vows of Earth Treasury Bodhisattva], it mentions the name of [King of OOO Ghost]( mentioned in Chapter 1). It is not a scary story, it is saying the story of Earth Treasury Bodhisattva’s vows of saving people, there are 13 chapters; if there are people afraid of ghosts, or, they cannot sleep because of something scary, mentally feeling pressure…etc., besides going to see a doctor, I suggest you to read/understand the 11~13 chapters of [The Sutra of the Past Original Vows of Earth Treasury Bodhisattva], it says( I also suggest you to try) chanting[Namo Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva] for more than 10,000*n times + look up this Buddhas’ image with greatest respect at the same time, and return this energy to your wish fulfillment (wishes as: remove your fear, remove your OOO difficulties, able to sleep well…etc.).
