[Do not plagiarize], this is the fundamental
knowledge people should know as being human beings, it is not difficult to
understand; please imagine, if your works, thoughts, creativities, and even
your work efforts are stolen by others, or, they say it is you plagiarize theirs,
how you will feel about that?! You will feel angry, right?! Don’t do to others
what you don’t want others do to you, thus, this is to remind you not being a
plagiarist.
Those stolen objects may be things the original creators made for a living, and, if there are people who steal or take them away, it is these people taking away of others’ tools of making for a living, thus, they look like killers, do you agree?! As a proverb says, snatching others clothes and food is like killing others parents(Note3) (The first time it being mentioned in this blog is in the article of [#Career] Boss,there are problems with your subordinates, please deal with it, thank you), although, not all the plagiarizing would cause big harm to original creators, however, unknowingly, those plagiarists have plant huge seeds of negative karma for themselves; do you agree this kind of concept?!
Regarding the original creators, in order to protect their own works
from not being plagiarized, besides to establish a mechanism for works from
being copy, they can choose to register the trademark or patent, and, to take
legal action once it happens, I choose to do these things

Buddha Sutra and Buddha Spell, praying for Buddha to master this thing
and send the generated energy for my wish fulfillment.

generated energy for my wish fulfillment: Plagiarists cannot get all those belong to me, and, on the contrary, viewers
turn attentions to me (because, those cause attention are originally my works).
One of the reasons I do this is because I have limited power in monetary and
time resources to fight with those big brands or bigger persons, I use those
power I’ve learned from Buddhism and I hope it helps to get my rights and
benefits back. Right after the establishment of this blog, there are people
using this blog’s contents for their own business
purpose, it includes my PolicyDesign Studio, Points of View ofSmart Phone Development and SystemImplementation Work Procedures at
least….etc., however, they didn’t pay me what I deserve or remark the
source they’ve used or clicked LIKE, those users makes people feel those created
contents are theirs, I define them as [plagiarizing] my works, they need to be stopped.
Do you believe my chanting will help?! Below are signs for your reference.
Remark: If people say my prayers are
harmful and intentionally to cause people to lose their jobs, in karma point of
view, this person who said this is creating their own negative karma due to
saying things not real (Note1), because what they’ve said were not true, and I’ve paid
off my karma debt due to the slander (Note2). Do you believe this?!

heart(mind); I believe everyone has already understood what it means in above

retribution is being tongueless and having cankerous mouth.

Note3: I would like to
repeat one of my understanding, and please be invited to share your related
belief: some people would like to know whether it also creates bad karma if a
company layoffs employees because it is the same as removing opportunity of
making money to support family from employees?! In my understanding: it belongs to a way of business
management, the purpose is to manage the company’s internal operation working
in order and to protect shareholders’ equities, it helps everyone can work
under a general and normal situation, and the company is able to operate
smoothly and the employees can rely on it to support their family; if all the
procedures are performed under internal work performance assessment and
following the law and work ethic, not involving personal issues or something
not fair, [I think] it is not creating bad karma, otherwise, there will be more
people influenced negatively.

it is our destiny that the [timing] we read and learn the things is the moment
we need to take action and use the knowledge we’ve just learned in this reading.
Actually, I’ve already completed this article on 2024/2/20 and it is ready
to publish it on my blog and social media platforms; 2024/2/22, I read a book
and I was inspired, I integrated some of my idea accordingly. The book is Error-Free
Decision/author:Dr. Chong Chiu ISBN:978-986-525-006-5)(Note4). I was influenced by 3 ideas in the book -
- French philosopher Rene’ Descartes’ methodology: constantly question
your assumptions and results, and examine what you have missed.
- Ask yourself how you would respond. The well-known meaning of [putting
yourself in someone else’s shoes].
- A win-win result.
It’s just like what I’ve mentioned in this article: [#Career] Boss, there are problems with yoursubordinates, please deal with it, thank you, it described I’ve been
treated unfairly at workplace, and they were also famous companies, and in fact, my managers’ inappropriate
behavior was not based on the
intention of those companies I worked for, the headquarter or Chairman didn’t

On the other hand, we need to have space to think about this situation: maybe, the truth is not like the way I’m
imagining! And we canot ignore its 0.0001% possibilities; we need to take good
care of others reputation, just like we need to manage well of ours, and by
doing this, it is also a kind of [Don’t do to others what you don’t want others
do to you].
Thus, I decided to send this reminder and invitation to my creativities
users for their paying to my blog for what they’ve used. In last 2023/11 when I
found my works was used, I published above image in my blog and on social media

- People are able to collect the information of the companies/headquarters of the Groups’ work attitude toward
business management and appropriately defining the value of commercial resource
is equal and objective.
- In the overall situation, indirectly,
your public letter to these companies/Groups will not become a tool they use for free to promote their
companies’/Groups’ reputation awareness.

2. If you believe: karma of plagiarizing the [original works].
Regarding personal karma, people cannot snatch away your good karma from
you, and, you also cannot escape from the bad; in Chinese language, it says: [it
is not no karma, it is it comes at the right timing], please be reminded if it
has not happened, it doesn’t mean karma doesn’t exist.
Until now, what do you think about the karma of [plagiarizing] may be?!
I have not gotten any related
explanation in all Buddhism knowledge I’ve viewed, however, in my
understanding:
(1) Be plagiarized: my works is plagiarized, and, is it
possible it is because I was the one who was doing plagiarizing in past life,
and it causes my suffering from it in this life time? It is possible, right? Maybe, current
plagiarists were the original creators, the victims in past life?!
In this kind of situation, it is
possible I will get nothing from those plagiarists after I chanting Buddha
sutra and spell, and, in fact, it is possible I clean up my karma debts
accordingly; maybe, this is why people are persuading about [do not calculating], because we don’t
know what our past life karma are, and all we can do for our rights and
benefits is to take actions
for it and not to expect any kind of
outcome(though it causes lots of curiosity😄).
If you
believe above explanation of karma, now I would like to share some
understanding for people who have not healed from past wound for their
reference:
Maybe, you’ve encountered betrayal in
friendship, love relationship, money or getting physically or mentally hurt,
and, it is surely you need to take
action to protect yourself, however, I would also advise you to think
about this: it is possible you have cleared your past life karma debt by
suffering this hurt, and those people who hurt you may be your karma creditors
in past life; relatively, it is also possible that is not your karma debt, that
is the karma debt created by those people who hurt you, and I believe someday they
will get the retribution of what they’ve done, it is like those who have helped you will get blessing someday, and the
only one issue is we don’t know when it will happen. That is a rule of how
energy works, and in religion, it is called [judgement], even though the victims may forgive those bad persons, those bad
persons will get punishment someday, it is like some help receivers may not
give blessing to people who helped them, however, those good persons will also
get good karma someday due to their kindness to others. Please consider
this understanding and I hope you release any past trauma.
(2) Lose creativity: people who always plagiarize others
become relying on others’ works; it causes them losing idea gradually and not
able to produce their own creativities.
(3) Cause business loss:
these months, on internet, there are news saying some companies’ business
result of year 2023 is operating loss and causing layoffs etc., coincidentally,
these companies including those I defined they copying my idea, and accordingly,
I think some of the root causes of
their business loss are their using my idea but pay nothing to me, and maybe,
they also did this to other content creators. Do you think this is possible?!
(4) Lose friendship or not being trusted: plagiarizing and stealing idea from
others at work place easily causes this kind of karma. Friendship and trust is
precious, people lose these two things due to their plagiarizing behavior gain
no benefit for themselves. In one of my former work company, in a specific work
period, I found my manager M usually saying things already in my mind, and
later, I found out it was my colleague C, she frequently asked my opinion about
something at work, however, she lied to M saying all those were her idea,
taking credit for mine; I reacted calmly and distanced myself from C right
after I know the truth, I think, as work colleagues, we need to support each
other and do affirmation, taking credit won’t make us stronger persons because
those efforts/contribution belong to others. However, I didn’t tell managers or
other colleagues anything about this, and, maybe M found this weakness of C,
there was a work re-organization and M gave me a work instruction saying if C
would like to resign accordingly, it is no need to invest any effort to make
her stay or rearrange her job.
(5) Lose the opportunity for being respected sincerely: it means people managers stealing
work result of team members, this kind of managers are not able to obtain true
respect from their subordinates; I’ve encountered this kind of situation, it is
not difficult to understand, so I won’t explain the detail of these cases.
And, I want to avoid any kind of
doubt my team members may have in similar circumstances, so I always
communicate directly about my management style to my team that I tell them to
list their name as the [file producer] in the cover page of our presentation
files: be transparent, they don’t need to worry their work achievement would be
kept hidden. I’ve been helped and
supported by my managers, however, I’ve been taken credit by managers, too,
Don’t
do to others I don’t want others do to me, I choose to learn from those managers who have helped me in the past,
I recognize that is how a real leader
would act. Do you agree with it?!
I believe that people hope could know: will it recover the fault they’ve
made if they pay money to the original creators to mend it?! [Logically] yes,
however, I don’t know how it is defined in [karma]?! There is a saying telling
us we can [sincerely repent]
for it, the detailed of doing it is….sincerely repenting! 😄(Please refer to the repenting
statement in this article, and, also chant this Auspicious Mantra of the Seven Buddha
for Waiving Sin; it won’t hurt anyone in chanting this, please be
sincere when doing it: [#IfYouBelieve] Pray and Chant#GoldenLightDeitySpell 10,000 times to remove curse and enemies).(Note6)
In my understanding: the way Buddha
or Deities or the Universe judge sin
of plagiarizing [may] include not only the behavior of [plagiarizing] but they
need to pay for the additional loss caused to the people who being plagiarized.

In
order to solve problems more [quickly], some people will ask for help from
others in chanting to achieve the defined number of times of the chanting or
prayers; in my understanding, there is no good or bad in doing this, however, I
would like to share my thoughts that it is like people general
interaction, no matter you pay for the help or not, others would like
to help you this chanting is [giving you help], in karma, equal give and take,
it is also causing the help takers need to give back the efforts, and the help
givers, no matter they care or not, regardless they charge or not, there are
karma books for everyone keeping the records they’ve gained the merit of
helping others, and the help takers would also have the records of receiving
helps; maybe, in the future or in the upcoming lifetime, they will become good
friends or relatives and continue some kind of interaction and vice versa, the
situation would change by circumstances, things people can decide are these two
things:
(1)Ask for help or not, or, give help or not = to create
the destiny between two side or not
(2)Your attitude = the elements of making it become bad or
good destiny
Extension: because of (1), people who
have smaller friends circle, [maybe],
it is because they have no debts or rights in karma, it is not they are bad
persons; what’s your idea?!

to make good friends and with good long terms friendship.
3. People should feel honored because only good works
would be plagiarized by masters?! Says who?!
For example: the student is the
original creator, and the professor/master is the plagiarist, the professor admires and uses the
student’s works and lies the works is created by himself/herself, and
the student should feel glad in this kind of situation; obviously, this is a
wrong concept. In this case, the major
difference between a professor (higher position in society) and a student is
the professor is the provider of guidance of knowledge toward students, thus,
above case is not rational because as a professor, the standard of their sense
of morality should be much higher and professor should use this standard to
teach students, and it is to respect the original creators. I believe many
professors would agree with me.
4. There are also
benefits for being plagiarized.
The purpose of my creating article is
not only to [get sponsoring from others], another more important purpose is to
[influence others, protect others] etc., hence, being plagiarized causing me
not getting the money I want or reputation, however, many of the plagiarists
have much more followers than I do, in fact, their copying behavior is indirectly helping me to share my
experience and idea with more people and this is fulfilling my dream.
I’m not getting nothing ( to see
things as the Saint, and no desire makes us stronger! 😄), do you agree this
kind of idea?!
5. Reasons for
giving sympathies to plagiarists.
(1) The gesture of being recognized: There
is a saying on internet:[no one would copy those worse than ours.] Do you
agree?!
Actually, the original creators have
got the work recognition from plagiarists, it is just the plagiarists don’t want to recognize this kind of situation, they
want to keep those works as theirs, however, they would never really own them; you must have heard the copied works
are lack of creativity supports and the delivery of core value, it won’t last
long, and, the plagiarists need to wait for the original creators’ producing
work progress and status, will it cause any kind of anxiety?! Would you give sympathies
to this deep desire?!
(2) They are eager to
get recognition, however, they cannot recognize their own value: in my
observation about above my colleague C, she was eager to get work recognition,
however, she behaved the wrong way; in fact, C possesses professional work
background, besides having work experience in well-known accountant firms, she
also possesses CPA license and complete work history, she has sense of
righteous and justice, however, she also rescued me from some work difficulties
and gave good advice to colleagues. Sadly to say, she didn’t see her own
strength and took me as the person she would like to imitate, though I
appreciate her affirmation, however, her plagiarizing has caused me not to
trust her.
(3) When there is a higher social
position person copying works from a lower position person, or, the higher
position person pretends to be the original idea creator of the works, in this
kind of situation, is it possible this higher position person is having less
capability in some aspects as the position he/she is holding?! This kind of
person is still in a lower position mindset rather than admiring and
recognizing their team members’ work achievements?! I would like to give
sympathies to these people; however, it is difficult to find appropriate words
as a reminder to them to advise to have better mindset and acts. What do you
think?!
This is quite different from managers
taking advice from subordinates. When a manager adopts idea of team members,
this manager won’t emphasize on the idea is theirs, though, when this manager
is expressing it, people thought that is this manager’s point of view and they
won’t intentionally to know whose idea is that; regarding stealing idea, the
manager would say those opinion came from their own point of view or it is
created by them. What’s your idea?!
(4) Because their plagiarizing, it means
they have no afflatus.

6. What’s the
opinion of Confucius or Kimchi?
(1) Confucius’ words and deeds were
summarized in [Analects]; there are e-stores on internet, I frequently see they
are selling this [Analects], thus, there are loyalties generated by books
selling, I’m not sure whether Confucius or his descendant will receive those
money or not?! I guess, Confucius will consider we promoting his thoughts is more important than those income; do you
agree?!
If you are also suffering from unfair
plagiarizing and not able to get justice, I would like to advise you to think
about Confucius’ spirit and situation, maybe, you will feel better from tjis. And you can also take actions to protect
your own loyalties, rights and benefit, so, please do not feel not happy. Right?!
(2) You must have heard about dispute
about Kimchi culture original place?! There are more than one countries saying
Kimchi is their traditional food and is also invented in their countries long
time ago, however, although, some of them have been recognized owning this
original culture and invention record, they don’t really gain benefit from this
victory, they just wanted to win the reputation and the winning of ensuring
they possess the status of cultural assets owners and it belongs to them, it is
because the sense of honor, everyone would like to fight for it. If you
personally want to fight for the ownership of your copyrights, it is appropriate, however, there may
be many issues causing you cannot win your case. Please be reminded to define
the stop loss point of your spending money and time on this lawsuit; after all,
to fight for the ownership of Kimchi traditional culture is driven by public
awareness or the government’s, maybe, all the required expense is paid by many
people or the government, and, what about your case?! And, who will spend the
money for you?! Please consider related cost and gain in material side or in
spiritual value before you really pay for it, look before you leap.

is showing respect to no one.
Do you agree with it?!
(1) It doesn’t respect them: it makes
people become plagiarists by themselves.
(2) It doesn’t respect
readers or users: plagiarists thought people will think they are the original
works creators; it underestimated others’ wisdom and the original creators’
rights and benefits.
How to avoid it?!
(1) It is not plagiarizing if you are not
intentionally misguiding or hiding from others: it is impossible everyone will remember all the original creators of
things or idea, and, it is also possible people will think you are the original
creator of something; I would like to advise you to clarify timely. Hiding
is included in misguiding. Do you agree?!
(2) [Remark the sources]: do you often see
this remark by articles authors?! I believe this is those authors clearly
telling people the way to respect their ownership of copyrights; please be
advised to follow their rules accordingly. Or, you can refer to the way this

(3) [People say]: it is not difficult to
respect original creators; you can respect them by only doing these: [It’s OOO
saying this], or, [I’m not the creator], [I saw this in a specific place],
these show your respect to others’ ownership of their copyrights. People who
love to read or gain information are possibly having unique understanding of
things by deep diving the knowledge, however, their understanding may
coincidentally be the same or similar to something has been created before,
this is possible, and, this situation is similar to math, a mathematic question
may have more than one kind of solution for its answer, what to do?! Is it
possible that person be considered a plagiarist?! I don’t think so. The [aura] and [supporting logic of
speech] between unique idea after knowledge deep diving and intentionally plagiarizing
are different, do you agree?!
Everyone only needs to appreciate the knowledge we’ve got, admire, and,
how would people with gratitude would cross the line of respect original
creation?!
