1.  How to define authorized approvers’「 level of their work responsibility and role」？

Practice：utilize the 「Job Level」（ or Work Level） defined in your company’s C&B chart for its salary definition.（C&B＝Compensate and Benefit）

2.   How to define「the lowest」authorized approvers’ level of their work responsibility and role？

Practice：to define the management level for something 「subjectively」, e.g. (1) this management person needs to possess  “XX”  job level 「at least」, or, (2) something becomes effective if its management person is “XX” level ; and , it needs to be described in「Work Title」for policy users’ convenience to find the right person to get approval, because, no one would remember the work /job level of managers, they remember the managers’ work title.

For example：

(1)   Petty Cash, no matter how minor the amount is, requesters need to get approval by「Managers」「at least」 before requesting for payment.

(2)   Managers of 「Executive Vice President」 level can sign contracts with external parties to take effect.
