Q1.您稱讚自己嗎? 請問您最近一次稱讚自己是何時? 會不會感到害羞?
我覺得稱讚是一種欣賞的能力，我會稱讚自己、不會感到害羞，我覺得這是一種自我欣賞的能力，也是自信必備的能力之一，與承認及自嘲自己的弱點一樣重要。最近一次是2022/1/13，轉寄這個部落格[ 說說履歷表 ]給朋友的時候， 朋友覺得很受用。我覺得自己真的很神奇，居然會架部落格，達成自己的不可能任務，還成功刊登文章了!
謝謝Google提供部落格平台、謝謝朋友認同、謝謝我自己、謝謝以前帶給我這些可以分享的知識的人們。
您稱讚自己嗎? 您覺得呢?
Q2.您稱讚他人嗎? 請問最近一次誠心地稱讚他人大概是什麼時候? 稱讚誰呢? 您稱讚他人的動機或條件是什麼? 有符合條件您卻拒絕稱讚的人嗎?
我欣賞他人的某些成就、觀念、進步，以及所有不是平常人可以辦到的、有正面影響的事情，當某人完成時，我會當面稱讚他們，表示我認同這個成果，但他們不需要回饋我什麼，這只是我自然的反應、直接表達肯定。我經常在Linkedin按讚或評論，表達我對他人的肯定，今天也是。
有個鄰居小男孩，從全班最後1名，43名，進步到38名，老師頒給他「最佳進步獎」，我稱讚他很厲害，小男孩很開心，希望他覺得努力很有趣!越來越好。
曾經，我有個同事表示，他避免稱讚職場的競爭對手，即便對手的工作成果很優秀，也不會稱讚他。這位同事覺得，稱讚對手就是認輸；在某次晉升比賽他看到競爭者落敗，有一點小開心，又覺得自己這種心態怪怪的。
我回應他，稱讚，類似珠寶鑑定，知道「並且承認」寶石💎的價值，或是沒價值，不論寶石來源哪裡，好就是好，不好就是不好，本質如此，事實不會因為被迴避而消失，自己的能力也不會因此提升。對於別人的不成功表示開心? 這好像………叫做其實你一直在嫉妒他?!
嫉妒是很累人的，消耗體力及腦力。明明是別人比較優良的時候，我覺得腦筋不需要繞來繞去還告訴自己對方不過如此…要對自己誠實。
