[打廣告都是不賺錢的公司在做的]👈這樣的觀念並不罕見,然而,也有一直很賺錢的公司也持續在打廣告,因此,廣告的目的與原因並不一定與公司獲利有關,比較重要的是[打廣告的目的]以及[廣告內容是否達到該目的]

244)因為吸引力法則

今天是2025/02/05,我在網路上看到有人評論他人的新事業計畫、持不樂觀的看法;我因此想以新的解釋來說明我對[因果]的看法:

 

因果並不只是因為宗教勸善的言論,其實也是一種[吸引力法則],或者,您要說[物以類聚]也行👉A會往偏好的方向前進、導致A偏好的事物也會靠過來。如果A一直酸葡萄心態待人處事,或者,A害怕別人贏過自己,A不欣賞比A強大的人=總有不欣賞A的人會一直出現在A的身邊,由於氣場相反👈👉互相支持鼓勵的那種人也會離開A👈誰會留在不樂見他人成功的人的身邊呢?!

每類型的宗教教義,某些層面是比科學先進的,只是人們尚未發現;人們要預防的並不是異教徒或其他不一樣的宗教信仰,人們應該要阻止錯誤解釋宗教教義原來的意思才是👉任何宗教的思想,都不應該導致因為意見不一樣(包含信仰不一樣)而造成爭吵或戰爭才是。

請問您:哪一種宗教教導教徒必須傷害不信仰該宗教的人呢?! 該宗教教導人傷害他人,那麼,該宗教應該存在或被禁止呢?! 或者,那是有心人士藉宗教名義在誤導他人呢?

有這樣的人或宗教嗎?! 是誰?! 您認為呢?!


243)需要專家指導的事

算命需求者:我想知道該怎麼做才能躲過這一劫?!

財務長:既然是這樣,要先試算移除[財務部的]投資績效、[總務部的]節能活動要取消/因為他沒獎金了、[人資部]也不要招募[業務人員]了、[廠務部]先暫停遷廠計畫節省成本看看這些活動在今年向股東報告過,這次也要報告變更原因。

主管:你去餐廳系統點餐,如果遲遲沒上菜,你就一直等嗎?!

稽核:報告董事會Emily定義給Alex今年KPI太容易,Alex當然可以拿到年終獎金;不公平! 金額應該重新審理!

董事長:Emily,妳怎麼看這件事呢?!

Emily/財務長:這家公司,財務部的專業應該是以我的標準為主,這是公司聘用我的目的Alex已經照著KPI目標投注工作一年了,現在才講太低,也太晚了吧!? 連調整的機會都沒有! 他已經投入努力了,獎金應該照發,任何調整,明年再實行。

(1) 大家都認同可以質疑年終獎金給得太高的議題;很少聽到有人質疑獎金給得太低的議題。為什麼?!

(2) 程序上,有權稽核或質疑的人,如果確實沒有機制讓他們有提早收集相關問題的時間,那麼,除非事件明顯違法/法令限制,或者,調查期間被拒絕取得資訊,否則,任何改變應該是明年/次期再實施。

(3) 如果Alex 今年並沒有年終獎金,KPI還會被拿出來討論或覺得標準太低或太高?!

H: B公司的用人預算也低於妳(尋求主任職)的期望,為什麼妳會考慮B不考慮上一家A?!

T: 態度及品德。

(1) A是趁人之危的[讓我們老闆稱讚的人才不多;你現在沒工作/轉職很久了,要不要再考慮接受這樣的薪資。]

(2) B是願意為價值而付出的:[我們老闆真的很賞識您,然而,因為很多原因,只能提供給您這樣的薪資,但已經是調高到我們經理級的薪資了;希望能與您書面合約約定,共事1年內調整薪資到您1年後的期望內容。請問您願意再談細節?! ]

建議來賓謹記:

(1) 求職,也是訓練談判技巧的開始,代表自己,而不是代表公司向他人爭取商場權益與利益。

(2) 建議與B討論合約內容包括1年內被動或主動離職,均應獲得補足支付目前達不到的薪資差額。

(3) 無論什麼原因,公司提供的薪資[不想/無法]符合您的[期望],其實就是….[不合適],或,[還可以選別人]您還可以選擇[直接放棄],不要[投注時間]思考談判的事,因,您是無法知道B公司內其他人薪資狀況的、無法比較

Emily:每個人可以找出最適合自己的方式,最好透過事實驗證,雖然這樣是浪費時間與等待的風險;以下是我的方式,兼顧娛樂

(1) 我透過觀看YouTube上大量的塔羅牌頻道的測驗,來驗證自己的想法;我[個人]已確認誦經咒對提高直覺是有用的。

(2) (1),也要小心。我[感覺]到有塔羅師的解牌是為[特定目的]經過[設計]的,並不是自然的能量解讀;這是我的直覺、無法驗證。請小心。

AI公司總經理: 仰賴/等待他人為自己做決定,不思考自己可以提供什麼價值換取薪資價值的人,隨時可能被取代,不用等到AI出現。

因此,只等待產出的人,最容易被取代;您覺得呢?!

總經理:業務人員的核心職務就是創造業績,為什麼公司還要提供他們業績獎金TWD10,000?!

(總共TWD50,000=40,000+10,000)

 

人資經理:調整架構,而不是額外發放;從聘用[新進]業務人員開始實施,現有員工不更改。[月薪]TWD40,000.-調整為以TWD30,000 + 業績達成率*應收帳款100%回收的獎金(不限10,000=40,000-30,000)任用,優良業務人員可獲得、被激勵高出40,000的金額。

督促[必須]執行[核心]職務。

Emily:建議從兩個方向:

(1) 以實際/設計案例詢問求職者如何處理、口頭討論。

(2) 考慮:如果這位求職者這項能力是0,您是否不予以錄取;確認之後納入(1)的評分。

老闆:公司越來越大,員工越來越多,如何確保所有員工還是會聽命於我?!

 

Emily:制度化,把老闆(董事會)同意的做法或命令寫下來;也許只是一張#控制表單,未必是傳說中文字複雜的標準作業流程(SOP)

 

Whatsyouridea1996: 討論標準作業流程之前,建議先討論做事原則;討論做事原則,必討論作業權責。權責確定,還要彈性、以避免推責。
